Current parking lot undergoing resurfacing, but plenty of adjacent parking. Awoke to 7 AM fire alarm with rapid response from local area Fire & EMS, bit preferred a more organized, “all clear” before people returned to their rooms

Last time I use this place to stay. I made the reservation and when I get there, they required me to call my boss for credit card authorization since the card doesn't have my name on it. This has been the ONLY Hoilday in that has done this. Not 3 weeks before, the better Holiday Inn received us and absolutely no issues. I asked for the money to be put back into the card and they refused. Little did I know there were 2 other "guests" being treated in the exact same manner. All working for a company and all having to do the same thing.

The person who checked us in on 09/22/2026 was fabulous! She even remembered we were going out to a concert and upon returning asked if we had fun! The room was stuffy overnight even on lowest temperature!

Not as clean as a hotel room normally is on arrival. TV sound did not work throughout all the hotel rooms. Kind of a bummer when you want to listen to the TV. Skipped he breakfast bar as the food looked like it had been sitting out for some time. Normally I love Holiday Inn.

Very clean. Great staff. Good location. Beds were not the the most comfortable. There was a problem with the tv having no sound , but we were told that was only temporary. We were able to stream to tv from our phones and have sound.
