We really liked our stay at the Holiday Inn at Roanoke, VA. It was clean, had a good breakfast and a comfortable bed. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful too

The breakfast was not up to standard, the selection of breakfast items compared to other Holiday Inns was lacking. The hot food was undercooked, potstoes, sausage. No bacon, bscuits and gravy were missing. The hard boil eggs were uninviting.

I liked the room next hotel but was not happy about a100 dollar hold on my card for incidentals.i find that to be extreme because there is no way I would spend 100 dollars at your snack bar I will not rent at your establishments again.
