I liked the room next hotel but was not happy about a100 dollar hold on my card for incidentals.i find that to be extreme because there is no way I would spend 100 dollars at your snack bar I will not rent at your establishments again.

The staff was nice and the hotel breakfast was useful before going in to take the bar.

The area appeared to have conveniences surrounding the hotel, however it seemed like a high crime area. We had to sign liability waivers and we're told that security canvases the parking lot. In the 6 hours it took for me to do 3 loads of laundry I encountered a woman wandering the halls and later a staff member was looking for someone attempting to enter rooms. We stayed with our young kids and decided to stay in our room rather than explore the hotel.or surrounding area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I LOVED how you added the ability to stream from your device onto the room TV. I had not seen that before in any Holiday Inn Express. If this is happening across the board at all your locations, it’s just another reason to love this FANTASTIC hotel chain.

Excellent breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Convenient parking. Bathroom towels and washcloths very thin. Need to be replaced. Key reader in one elevator broken. One computer in lobby business area broken.

Everything was excellent!! The included breakfast was very nice and included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices and more! The staff was very helpful and friendly! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
