Everything was great. My only complaint is how slick the bathtub was. But everything was nice clean, updated and easily accessible.

Our room was near the ice machine which we didn't think about at the time. We were in town for a concert so didn't spend much time in the room until we wanted to sleep. Turned off the TV and all we could hear was the loud ice machine. Then at 5am people started getting ice and we couldn't get any rest. When we got home I answered the email from the hotel. They said there was nothing they could do to compensate us because we were no longer in Roanoke or at the hotel. They assured us they'd look into for the next guests!!! Breakfast was very disappointing 😞.

Overall clean hotel but they could use some new pillows. Pillows were deflated and not on the best condition lending to an unclean perception

Staff was helpful and efficient. Coffee and tea in the lobby available 24 hours. Complementary breakfast offered lots of options. Refrigerator in room. Well lit parking lot.
