The room could have been cleaner. No pool

Bulbs missing from lamps no shower curtain burn spots in blanket not very well kept up

When I saw staff they were smoking weed outside There were no towels in my bathroom. The door handled to the bathroom was broken off. Everything was dirty. There was no remote for the TV. And when I went to go find staff to get some towels I couldn't find anybody for an hour and a half and never did end up finding anybody. There was no breakfast or coffee even though the listing says there is. I ended up just leaving.

This is the first place in my life I could not force myself to stay at. This is the reason I will never book a Wyndham or use Expedia again. I did not spend the night and both the hotel and Expedia wanted to challenge me rather than return my money. It was only $53, yes, that should have been a clue…but the Expedia rating was 5.9 and the pictures (I can see now) were whitewashed. Since it bore the Wyndham name I took the gamble and I lost. By the end it was the principle of the thing when I was forced to report it as fraudulent through my bank…I did not stay. I could not bring my bags into a roach infested room or lay my head on that filthy mattress.

Nothing. And I hate to say that The entire room was disgusting the lights didn't even work the shower wouldn't drain none of the dresses even had handles the lamp didn't work and there were blood stains on the sheets. We were literally there for 2 hours and when we tried to get refunded they refused

The price is to high and the quality is low Bugs the smell and the front desk worker is never behind the desk
-
It was terrible. Everything was unclean, roaches and bugs.
-
What looked like a bloody handprint on the closet wall. Missing tiles in the shower. Burn holes in bedsheets on both beds. No shower curtain on the shower/tub combo.

Very good

The room was dirty. The customer service was poor. One of the representatives was very disrespectful.

Convenient booking No trash can in the room. No phone in the room. Towels were dirty. TV did not work. A few rooms down from me, there was a family LIVING in their room, with cats and children. I won't stay here again.

nothing at all My experience was deeply concerning, unsafe and far below any acceptable standards of cleanliness or hospitality. Upon arrive, the front desk clerk had difficulty communicating, and when I entered the room, I immediately discovered multiple serious issues 1.) The ceiling appeared as thought it cold collapse at any moment 2.) The bathtub contained hair and looked as though it had not been cleaned 3.) the flooring was improperly installed, with holes that created a clear trip hazard 4.) The wall had unfinished plaster patches, as if the repairs were incomplete 5.) although I request a non-smoking room, the room smelled strongly of smoke, and the comforter had cigarette bun holes. Because we had to leave for an event in Blackburg, VA, we initially planned to return later. However, upon coming back to the hotel, we felt unsafe due to unfamiliar men wandering around the parking lot. This added to our discomfort and concern for our safety. When I informed the clerk that we could not stay due the room condition and the unsafe environment, he simply said "fine, just leave" While check out stray cats were entering the lobby and spraying on the walls, and the clerk made no effort to remove them. As we drove around the building , it appeared that individuals were living long-term in some room, with crates and personal belongings outside the door. I have never stayed in a hotel where I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable-especially while traveling with my daughter. the conditions were unsanitary, unsafe and uncomfortable for a paying guest. I strongly believe the health department should be notified.

This hotel, room 103, qualifies as one of the worst properties we’ve ever stayed in. The back of the entry door had uneraserable magic markers scribbling. There was no fire sprinkler system. There was no smoke or carbon dioxide alarm, just loose wires out of the wall. There was excessive mold around the bathtub. The toilet worked poorly, even after numerous plungings. The bed was okay. We were glad to leave in the morning.

The room was clean, but the shower had broken tiles, the place looks run down, and lack of maintenance. It needs TLC. the bed sheets had what appeared cigarette burnt marks through it. The A/c unit was working but falling apart. It's an old place. The king bed is very soft "Saggy".
