Country Inn & Suites Rochester South Mayo Clinic

It was the last day they were open. It’s now a rehab facility.

The beds were comfy and the free breakfast was good. The water ran brown out of the sink and the sink didn’t drain.

Location to Mayo Clinic No internet, no working phone in room, poor shower, drizzle of water and very squeaky. Out of order vending machines.. only 3 channels ( all cartoon)was not told any of this when arrived. When we went down to the desk to ask about these things, were told, “ no internet service in the entire building, all room phones disconnected…we were told they were closing their doors on 3/31 to become a treatment center, so things were shutting down. Very unsatisfactory stay. Will not be using this booking app !!!!

Nice staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast Many things were broken. No keys, had to be let in by the staff every time we came back. Had to move once due to no hot water.

Location WiFi was broke, Hot tub was broke and beds were not comfortable.

We liked the breakfast. The staff was great! The rooms were good. The beds were hard. The pool area was in need of an update but the pool was usable. The hot tub was down when we were there.

The staff was nice, and the breakfast was good. Our hotel room seemed outdated and in need of a renovation.

Pillows were comfy. Staff was friendly. The room was much more threadbare and beat up than expected for a radisson hotel ( and the camera person for the website was a magician) was not super clean, the toilet also did not flush well, and low water pressure in shower. Stayed there after kiddo had a surgery at Mayo, was loud and sounded like street racers were in the area

Clean and convenient location. Nothing

They had a great breakfast at this location with a good amount of options. The rooms and the rest of the building were very clean. It was a great value overall. They didn't have all the lights on inside the pool or in the pool room, or they were all just burnt out. It's an easy fix if the latter was the case. There was also a lot of sand or something gritty in the spa. I'm not sure if it was dirt or the inside of the spa falling apart.

The guest services staff, Ashley, was terrific. She was super attentive to our needs as I was traveling with a person with mobility issues and had several appointment at the Mayo Clinic. She took the time with us and made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you Ashley!!

The area and room was very roomy. The shower head needs some attention. Rooms could use updating.

Amber at the front desk was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. She made me feel very welcome and was very helpful with navigating the shuttle to Mayo, etc. NA

Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast choices were eclectic. Property - great. The road to actually get in and out of there? Not great. A little “off the beaten path” feeling.

The employees were very nice and helpful. The shuttle to Mayo Clinic was great. It made it so much easier to get there and back. The "hot" breakfast was just okay. The food was not cooked well and was only luke warm when served. The room was okay but definitely needs updating.
