Candlewood Suites Rocky Mount by IHG

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice area. Easy in and out. Lobby was extremely warm and muggy when entering and leaving. I feel bad for the workers in that area.

Although an older facility, it was neat and clean. I was disappointed that the treadmill and bike were not in working order, as I had planned on using them after a long trip. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my overnight stay.

Great place to stay while traveling! They welcomed and accommodated our two dogs!

The place was absolutely disgusting upon walking in my wife and I are skin started to itch and when we got to the room, our son’s cheeks turned immediately red avoid this place less desperate for a stay

The front desk Lady was super fast, efficient and friendly! She explained we had a kitchen and that was a great bonus- next time we know just to put dinner in the cooler cause all the necessities are available to make dinner. Coffee was available 24 hours in lobby- no breakfast as each unit has a kitchen. Bed was comfy- everything was clean and tidy! Nice job staff- nice place to stay

The bed was too soft for my taste, but still enjoyed the sleepover.

Pet friendly Nothing...

Absolutely filthy place. There was a horrible odor in the hallways likely due to the filthy stained carpet. We were on the second floor and all night long awoke to loud noises above us. Massive trucks blocked parking spaces and pot smoking everywhere!

The bed was comfortable The first room we booked was a handicap room that had an odor to it. The bathroom shower was a walk in that was good but the shower head only went to a little over 5 feet and I'm taller than that and my husband is over 6ft. We just couldn't do the shower. The room needed some updates with new paint. The room we were moved to was much better even though it was just two queen beds. It overall looked cleaner except for the two bath towels that were left in the bathroom that were dirty from the previous quests. This was my first time ever staying at a Candlewood property and would never again.

Very roomy and set up great for a longer stay. The TV was not working right, the pixels were going crazy through out the show. Needs to be fixed.

The entrance is a little tricky to find and VERY easy to pass, but we finally got in. The room itself was clean and comfortable but a little attention to detail could be had with cleaning. There was a couple hairs in the bathroom and the floors felt a little dirty. Shower was hot, bed was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed after 9 hours on the road. The night clerk was a very nice gentleman and very welcoming.

Very clean rooms and front desk clerk Joy was a pleasure to check-in with.
