No apology from the same desk clerk, just a puzzled look and a “That’s not good.” Definitely not good. After changing rooms to the one next door to the previous one, as I was plugging my chargers in, we found multiple pairs of dirty men’s underwear on the floor by the cabinet. Are there no cleaning standards here? Unfortunately, those two incidents really made the stay unpleasant and undermined our confidence in this hotel chain. Won’t be back.

Clean room & good breakfast. Beds were not very comfortable though.

This facility could use an upgrade!

Also the breakfast did not have enough hot items as other nearby hotels do The bed was very comfy.

The elevator was suspect thought you wouldn’t make it out alive. The included breakfast was not what it was before years ago when I stayed. But overall the staff was friendly and the place smelled amazing

We stay every year to split the trip up to Garden City, SC. Never disappoints! N/A

Perfect stop on our long drive home.

Location Staff was not helpful in the morning. Had to be at a basketball tournament at 7am, breakfast did not start until 7am they had no wiggle room and could not even get a banana for my son.

Also, as we were checking in, the staff member told me I owed additional money for our room. It was not until I showed her the receipt from booking.com that the problem was resolved. Luckily I brought the receipt. Also, even though we had paid in advance (non-refundable), we were still asked for a credit card for "unexpected expenses"...at $20, which was to be refunded at check-out. This may be a common practice, but I would not choose a hotel if I knew I'd be charged in advance "just in case".

-Room smelled of body oder and mold upon check in. -Hotel receptionist refused to answer the room phone upon check in. -Missing iron in room upon check in -Strobing red and green light from inside the airconditioning unit strobed brightly in the room throughout the night. Like sleeping in a crime scene. -No room service upon second night stay -Manager stated that I needed to request room service. This has never been Fairfield's policy. -Bathroom and living area trash cans not emptied -Plumber left dirty black foot prints on bathroom floor when servicing the clogged sink. -Numerous shards of plastic on bathroom countertop and floor after plumber serviced the clogged sink.

Great hotel, bit out of the way but obviously quite new

Breakfast was good, air conditioner/heat good. The bathroom door in our room would not close. The door seemed to be about 2 inches larger than the door frame

Booked online and 5 rooms were available. As we were arriving I received an email stating there was no vacancy and my booking was cancelled. There is still a hold for the amount on my card.

Clean room.

Mattresses were pretty crummy and the pillows were the worst things I have ever slept on.

Indoor pool Food

Hotel was clean and staff was attentive, but many problems with the room. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, television remote did not work properly, and the bathroom faucet and shower had issues. Additionally, the indoor pool was not heated and way too cold to use. I would recommend staying at one of the many other hotels in the area.
