Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rocky Mount

The ice machines were not working, the wifi was down the first night I was there.

Room was very humid and there was an intense bad smell in the hallway

No toothpaste or lotion. House keeping tried to enter before 11 and kept knocking

One of the best perks was that parking was free, with plenty of spaces available. There were also several restaurants and food options nearby, which made it very convenient. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Our rug was wet from AC unit. They helped us move Ice machine was broken on 2. Of the floors

Won’t be back and thank goodness we only had to stay a few hours.

I have to be honest. The breakfast could have been better. Spinach quiche and sausage bagel were not great choices. I'm not a pastry gal and no bagels for me. Scrambled eggs and bacon and biscuits would have been great! I was only at the hotel for 10 hours, but the staff and the comfort of my room were wonderful. See above relative to breakfast.

Cleanness, awesome staff Maybe the actual location. Geographically

No apology from the same desk clerk, just a puzzled look and a “That’s not good.” Definitely not good. After changing rooms to the one next door to the previous one, as I was plugging my chargers in, we found multiple pairs of dirty men’s underwear on the floor by the cabinet. Are there no cleaning standards here? Unfortunately, those two incidents really made the stay unpleasant and undermined our confidence in this hotel chain. Won’t be back.

Great for a quick stop , easy access from highway , good breakfast Walls too thin, we asked to change room because of the bad noice

Clean room & good breakfast. Beds were not very comfortable though.

Also the breakfast did not have enough hot items as other nearby hotels do The bed was very comfy.

The elevator was suspect thought you wouldn’t make it out alive. The included breakfast was not what it was before years ago when I stayed. But overall the staff was friendly and the place smelled amazing

We stay every year to split the trip up to Garden City, SC. Never disappoints! N/A
