It was nice went for a family reunion was satisfied

I needed a pet friendly hotel and this was the highest rated one in the area. The room was okay, but the floors were very dirty. I wiped up some water that spilled and it came up black with dirt. I did not expect a pet friendly room to be immaculate but the floors just we’re not cleaned at all.

Hotel NEEDS to do something about the stairway doors on floor 2! Our room was across from it and people were using it all hours and it slams shut! The stairwell door on floor 1 had a pneumatic closure so the door was quiet when it closed I held the door when using so it didn’t slam shout but other guests just don’t care and it was very LOUD! Also the person above us was stomping like an elephant so no real insulation between floors or walls Heard everything…next door, above us and across the hall door slamming shut at all hours Other than that, staff checked us in accordingly, room was fine and breakfast was good. Room seemed clean and parking was great Lots of spaces for RVs/ trucks/ cars.

So why the good and not excellent?? Whoever was staying in the room above us, sounded as if they were marching all night long.

Omg never in my life have I ever stayed in a hotel room so Dirty and disgusting I have PTSD from that room, the smell in the room was horrible like Somthing died, the nightstand was never wiped down at alllllllll because someone who ever was last there spilled something that covered the entire nightstand, so no way they can say that was missed, the floors was so dirty, shower was so disgusting with mildew in the tub, I was not taking a shower there, there was hair and dust all over, the couch and seats were disgusting, it was horrible experience, I have to say the most disgusting room I ever seen in my entire life! My husband was driving so was too sleepy to keep on so had no choice but to stay because I booked it and paid already, i literally put on the bed all the towels and I had my own blanket thank goodness to sleep but i swear after staying there i feel like i need to antibiotics that’s how gross it was. I can’t believe i paid for a dump! Extremelyyyyy the most disgusting room I ever seen, a shelter would have been a better choice honestly. So if anyone if thinking of booking there please don’t, I don’t have words in how gross that room was. PTSD I have from staying there I couldn’t even sleep thinking of bugs omg! I need to get therapy after that stay.

The staff were amazing, they were so kind and engaged in lovely conversations. Very professional and great customer service. This is great place for R&R after long travels just off of 1-95.

Upon arriving for our day, we were quickly assigned to a clean room. The staff was excellent and very thoughtful for asking for any additional needs that we may have. The room was clean. The air-conditioned worked very well and our stay was very peaceful and quiet the next morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast which consisted of hot food, waffles, and many other delicious treats. I will truly add this to my list of one of the top places to stay in this area again for my next visit.

Floors were dirty & not vacuum Insulin, lid on floor & someone's strands of hair was on the Bed cover,with Bed Bugs. Water,smelled like sawege coming out of facuet. Plastic bag,stuck in chair in the wheels. Called The desk and started to complain & they hung up!!! I have pictures of everything, I discussed except for sewage smell.

Room smelled like dog urine and mold. Everything was so damp as well. I think being above the indoor pool made everything very humid. Very unhappy with smell.

Just an old hotel and run down .. stayed while going from NJ to FL. Hallway stunk like wet dog.

The included breakfast bar was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, good beds, excellent shower, gracious staff and good breakfast.

I’m only giving a 2 star on everything because honestly the hotel was not very clean, they messed up our rooms and the staff were rude and lack customer service. The lady at the cafeteria was yelling at the guest because a guest had forgotten to close one of the lids to the food warmer. When they realized they had given me the wrong room they had the nerve to call me at midnight while I was asleep to go down to the front desk to correct the situation. The front desk lady was rude on the phone and insisted I go down at that time. neat-less to say, I didn’t go down at the that time and they had to wait until the morning when I was good and ready. You don’t call the guest at that time of night when. The guest is resting to fix a problem you created. Button line is, we will never stay at this hotel again.

Coffee was old and someone smoking pot under gazebo but checked in staff was great

The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept great. One of the elevators wasn't working -- which obviously frustrated the staff because they had posted an apologetic sign noting the date that the needed part had been ordered. The hotel was priced very reasonably and we would definitely opt to stay there again if we needed to spend a night in that area.

I would never eat at this location. 1 word ROACHES!!

Cleaning service was very poor. You can only get your room clean, and sheets clean change after 3 days you get clean towels and you're trash done each day. You have to make your own bed every day.

Property needs a renovation. Carpets throughout the building are smelling and old. Linens were yellowed. Staff and breakfast were great!. We've stayed here before but unless a reno is done probably not in the future.

I’d give this hotel a solid three stars. Perfect for a stop along the interstate to sleep. Wouldn’t come here as a destination, though. It didn’t help there had been a storm late afternoon, which knocked out all the power. We couldn’t check in when we arrived and things were a little chaotic, but we found a great brewery close by to hang out.
