The room they place me in carpet smell I called the front desk let them know the young lady said she would call me back and never did. So finally I called back after being in my room for 4 hours with the smell. There were someone new at the front desk and he placed me in another room. I was very displeased with my stay.

The hotel was very clean. The king size bed was so comfortable and there were plenty fluffy pillows. Bathroom nice and bright. The room was very spacious. Breakfast options were great! The only downside was the lady who checked us in was not friendly and mumbled so she was difficult to understand, then seemed annoyed when I kept asking her to repeat herself. Breakfast staff were very cheerful and friendly. Highly recommend. Will stay here next time we pass thru from Canada to Florida!
