Very nice staff, friendly and helpful ! The hotel is new. Perfect for kids. The pool is very nice.

Overall, room was clean. Enjoyed the very well stocked breakfast. Staff was friendly and very professional. Overall score 9/10. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room had not been cleaned before our arrival. It was obvious that sheets and pillowcases had not been changed from prior guests. Went to housekeeping and they gave us clean linens so we could make up our beds and told us to leave the dirty linens outside our door. The dirty linens were still laying in the hallway when we left about 9 the next morning. We had reserved to stay here overnight on our return trip but cancelled and booked another hotel.

The bathroom and shower was really nice and very clean. Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was good. Staff were very pleasant

Good location, fair food choices. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great pricing.

The stay was excellent. I liked that there was play area that children and adults could enjoy. It was also quite and safe location easy to access the main road. It wasn't build with a closet in my room.

Have stayed here for the past 3-4 yrs. Location is perfect, rooms very clean and I requested a rm close to door as my husband has walking issues and we were accommodated. Back next yr...TY

The newness of the property,decor etc. The bed was a little hard

First time here on our yearly Florida to New York trip. Usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express but this was significantly cheaper. Every bit as good as the Holiday Inn. Clean, quiet, really comfortable bed and pillows, and a decent hot breakfast. Will surely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay - friendly, welcoming staff, bright colors decorated the lobby with comfy chairs and a variety of seating areas to work, read, have breakfast or relax. Played a few games of pool, good fun, nice addition to the lobby area for guests. The room was laid out well with vertical storage areas, minimalist decor and comfy bed. Loved the thoughtful lighting with dimmers. walking distant from a variety of restaurants and just off the highway, easily navigated. The breakfast was a sweet surprise - yogurt bar, oatmeal bar, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bagels, pancakes, fruit, juice, coffee, tea - great variety and fresh! Would definitely stay at Tru again and highly recommend to travelers both young and old!

I rather had a cooked breakfast made to order. I did not hve a key to my room the entire time Iway there. Someone from down stairs had to usher me to my room and let me in. This was so unacceptable. I could not come and go when I got ready as I had meetings all day and hald of the night.

COULD NOT CHECK IN, SYSTEMS WERE DOWN. NO INTERNET AND NEEDED TO COMPLETE SOMETHING FOR WORK BUT COULDN'T Internet would be great to have
