Tru by Hilton Rocky Mount

Very clean. Unfortunately we had 2 fire alarms. One at 6:30 pm and one at 6 am the next morning.

Clean room, comfortable bed - that was all I needed.

Definitely enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was professional and friendly.

This hotel is probably the most cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Quiet, so very refreshingly clean!! Absolutely NO hot water, couldn’t shower or wash up in sink as the water was sooooo cold.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Very modern yet noticeable small. Shower. Low water pressure. Low water temperature. To be clear, we took our showers late in the evening in medium temperature water, far too low water pressure. 10pm is not a good time to change rooms so we did not call the front desk. I mentioned this to the front desk associate in the AM, who just came on duty, and besides, we were checking out.

Bright, shiny, new, very 21stC. Fine breakfast. Above all, excellent VALUE.

This hotel is always easy to stay at and always clean.

Breakfast was ok. In general we like this hotel, have stayed here before. There were 5 industrial sized fans running all night next to our room, 416. The staff said they’d be turned off at night. That never happened. Extremely loud all night. I won’t be back.

This was our second stay at this particular Tru. Everything was good and breakfast had plenty of options.

#1. No closet to hang your clothes- #2.The garbage cans "IN THE ROOM' are small, soo many times the garbage was running over ##3. The garbage 'cans' did not have plastic bags so the -GARBAGE CAN WILL GET DIRTY QUICK #5. nO RUGS ON FLOOR -- nice change Tru -- lessens any type of issues due to an unclearn carpet! #6. -- MOST OF ALLL -->> this was aggigtating JUST A QUESTION? WHY WAS THE MICRO-WAVE IN THE LOBBY WHERE THE DELICIONS BREAKFASTS WERE BEING SERVED AT "KNEE LEVEL" -- INSTEAD OF CHEST LEVEL?? -- can you imagin us over 50 bending down a). trying to read the numbers on the microwave and putting the food in the microwave-- we might not get back up?? Hell0 -- I do hoe this is something to be re-considered and or re-position higher to eliminate the bending over -- whew!!!! IYUes I could of requested a icro-wave in my room, but i was eating breakfast in the lobby area with others and it be came quite a challenge to warm my food. aand thank you, over all a pleasesant stay-- but notice things that may or may not help in long run. Air conditioner made a loud noise even turned off. Had to call a front desk to have them completely disconnected. Could not sleep at all.

The water was cold in room 300

The bed was very uncomfortable for my wife. She has a back condition that requires a soft bed but other than that I enjoyed myself

Everything was great! I rarely need a microwave but I needed one on this trip. They aren’t in the rooms, so you have to use one in the lobby. We couldn’t find it and there were no staff around to ask late at night.

New, clean hotel with a very friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets in the room. The coffee was good, but I left before breakfast was served so I cannot describe that - the only problem is the hotel construction. Very thin floors/ceilings. I heard everything the people above me were doing. I woke up at 04:22 AM and decided it wasn’t worth trying to go back to sleep so I left. Not restful, but if you stay in the hotel when it’s empty, it’s probably wonderful.
