Double beds only. Very small and room was dirty

I also found it to be clean. The bed was especially comfortable. The Bistro was nice and everyone was wonderful. Great experience here.

The staff at front desk were supper to work with , Lise was a full of life lady , I had the pleasure of her signing me in two stays at the hotel , will return again in a few weeks going back to Maryland

Staff was extraordinary! The room was clean. Windows are a little thin & I could hear ppl outside, but other than that - excellent! 👌

Clean room, bed was very comfortable, noise from the freeway was loud till about midnight and then again around 5:30. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Because of Flooded corridor outside our room #336 there were five large commercial fans running 24/ hrs daily our entire stay. Electrical wires and tape was running across our threshold. We checked in late Saturday and reported this immediately and were told the carpets had been cleaned in the corridor and the situation would be resolved by morning. The next day we were told the worker didn’t show up. On Monday we were told there was a broken sprinkler head that was the reason for the wet carpet and the fans running day and night. The whole stay was made uncomfortable from the noise, hazards, confusion, equipment congestion, and lack of sleep due to this situation.

Do not include breakfast unless want to pay at in-house bistro. Food was very good and priced ok.

Convenient, easy parking, quiet, well maintained property

I was very thankful for their spirits. I can't think of any thing right now. The rain but the staff can't control that.

Alicia at the front desk was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful; I think they are very lucky to have her. I also liked the location and the balcony. The desk was broken and it was held up by a chair. As stated earlier, I loved having a small balcony, but the door was very hard to open and close.

I like to give acknowledgments to the excellent customer service demonstrated by the front desk attendant Heather. The attendant the previous night was not willing to change my room as I had requested. We were given a handicapped room and it just did not work for my family. The following morning I spoke to Heather and she was very willing and able to get me a room that was acceptable. Thank you for listening and accommodating our needs.

Unclean carpet and bugs in room. Also, no ice.
