Big bugs were in our room. We had to move at 1:30 am because of the bugs. We couldn’t sleep in the new room because of the fear of more bugs. We checked out early because we couldn’t go back to sleep.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean and easily accessible. The pool was nice as well. When I booked the room, it was advertised (because I had filtered) that there was a hot tub on site. It looked like there used to be. Don't book it if you want a hot tub. Absolutely book it if you want everything else, but that!

1st room I was assigned to had a roach . 2nd room the tv did not work, ac was shutting off, there were motorcycles screaming thru the parking lot at all outs of the night and nobody cared to address this. This was the worst stay I have ever been to. The breakfast is microwaved eggs from Starbucks . So so poor not the courtyards in the past I have visited. Also Ithere was no wine in the little store left . Never replaced. So no sleep because of all the noise outside. Ridiculous

Although housekeeping and maintenance seems to do an adequate job, the building is showing wear — updates are needed in a number of areas. And I have heard it mentioned that renovations will be underway shortly.
