I have been to some wonderful Holiday Inn in my lifetime but Rocky Mount Holiday Inn was not it.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. Only disappointment was the pool was not open for some reason.

It was okay for the night stay. There are dogs in the hotel and noticed a slight smell of urine in the room.

Unfortunately the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It sagged at least 12 inches or more in the middle. I couldn’t fall asleep until 6:30am and then the house keeping came banging on my door for no reason at 9am. I probably will not return to any Holliday Inn as now I know how uncomfortable the beds are.

Toilet clogged and plunged during the stay Static Noises coming from the air condition controlled or the fire detector Phone had so much static the front desk could not barely hear when we asked someone to fix the toilet. They literally just handed us the plunger
