Homewood Suites by Hilton Rocky Mount

We arrive in the hotel at midnight and i ask the receptionist for additional blanket and pillow since i booked for 5 persons and they don’t have extra. The carpet is dirty and the beddings and blanket has hair!!

Everything was good. Only exception was that I did call ahead to request a room on first floor. Upon my arrival, no room was reserved for us on the first floor. Kind of difficult when you have someone that has a disability.😕

Would stay again.

Great stay. Property was very well kept and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay here again on our way through. The king bedroom suite is great for family’s with little ones.

Nice room...appreciated the kitchen and separate living area. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy to get back on 95.

We show up on Saturday and wanted to check in but the hotel gave away our room. I spoke to Cassandra on Thursday to assure everything was perfect and even paid for incidentals at that time. So we show up after our baseball game ready to relax and our room was given to someone else. So we had to go to a different hotel.

Excellent front desk staff, lovely spacious rooms, very clean! I’m only staying here when I come to Rocky Mount .

Breakfast buffet was OK, Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. The employees were all super friendly! Dust on top of the refrigerator.

The rooms were huge and clean! The pool and outdoor area were awesome. The staff were very friendily and helpful. Only things I would change would be to get a second toaster and pancakes or waffles for breakfast, but that is just being nit picky. Would def stay here again!

All the little touches make it a great place to stay when you're on the road. From extra towels, soap, lotions & blankets the room was well stocked. There was even a free dinner munchie bar right off the lobby and the food was delicious. Plus it gave us a chance to talk to other guests and some staff members. We'll be back!

The rooms are very large and have a full size fridge which was super nice. We stopped here on a road trip and were very happy with the accommodations. We didn’t use the pool because we arrived late but it was a nice pool and outdoor area too. There was nothing I didn’t like.

There were no vending machines on our floor even though they said there was. It was only an ice machine. And there was no spenda or enough creamer for the coffee

This place had everything you need. The kitchenette was a great size and it was in a super convenient location.
