Room was nice and tidy the only problem I seen was the dishwasher did not work

Not satisfied rooms was dirty I wasn’t happy with my stay

We really appreciated the setup of the room and the quiet evening. Also enjoyed being able to just walk over and get a burger from Barley Burger for supper. Breakfast was just ok. We left on a Sunday morning and serving breakfast started late which put us on the road later than we wanted.

We have stayed here each year for about 5 years and have noticed a decline in quality. Upon check in the room wasn’t fully ready- there was no toilet paper, we were missing towels, the small table was spray painted, and the biggest hassle is there are not enough luggage carts. I think there are 3-4 tops and they are never downstairs. This has happened to us a few times here.

Room was spacious and well equipped. Beds were on the softer side, but comfortable enough. Sheets & blankets were clean! The room needed a deep clean ... it was sufficient for a 1 night stay, but would have requested a better clean if staying longer. Walls are thin- heard dogs and children on either side throughout the evening hours. Overall, it was an OK stay.

Poor wifi

We have stayed at this hotel many times and usually have a good experience however, this recent stay was disappointing. The room was clean but did not have the complimentary water which is always nice. The main reason for the poor rating is the poor customer service. After checking out we unfortunately left one piece of luggage in the lobby area and drove off. It was at least two hours later when we had a rest stop and discovered our mistake. We immediately called the front desk of the hotel and were told that yes, the luggage had been left there and was behind the front desk. We had an already long drive that day and to go back two hours was difficult. If the front desk clerk had called the number on our reservation immediately on finding the luggage this review would have been glowing but to not call us at all was not only poor customer service it lacked all common sense. It will be a long time, if ever, that we stay at this hotel.

Great hotel, staff was helpful most of the time. The breakfast was good. The grounds and the property were well maintained.

Conveniently right off 95. Near restaurants and other hotels. Large rooms. Great for families or friends needing the space

There was no Wi-Fi during our stay. Front desk advised us to visit the neighboring Tru hotel if we needed the Internet. The ice machine wasn't working on the third floor, mildew growing behind the kitchen sink, missing remote for the second TV in our room, only three sets of utensils for a four-person room, no a/c in the hallways, no bowls at breakfast for cereal and staff were taking away food halfway before 9am. Overall, not great and we won't be returning.

Great experience, clean and good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Overall a nice stay. Nice welcome with some water after a long drive. In the kitchen, there were only 2 spoons, no forks. And we were short towels for our party, but the front desk was able to help right away. Breakfast was OK - missing the Hilton waffles, but still the best oatmeal ever. Bummer there was no internet. Frustrating for work.

Staff was extremely friendly and rooms were clean. I enjoyed this hotel

Location was good, it was convenient to where we wanted to be. The sheets were dirty and covered with hair, the bathroom was dirty and covered with hair, the fire alarm went off at 6am because staff burned bacon, when taking a shower in the am after the chaos the water ran brown for about 5-8 minutes before running clear.

We arrive in the hotel at midnight and i ask the receptionist for additional blanket and pillow since i booked for 5 persons and they don’t have extra. The carpet is dirty and the beddings and blanket has hair!!

Everything was good. Only exception was that I did call ahead to request a room on first floor. Upon my arrival, no room was reserved for us on the first floor. Kind of difficult when you have someone that has a disability.😕
