Residence Inn by Marriott Rocky Mount

Staff were very pleasant! Room was clean.

This property is very rundown. Closet door missing entirely. I wouldn’t unpack my clothes into the dresser it was peeling in the drawers. Things in the room not working. Very few pieces of silverware or utensils in the room. Worst Residence Inn we’ve stayed in. Needs a complete renovation. Staff was great though.

Not the bedroom I was looking for same with 3 other bedrooms booked

They double booked me. Cancelled me, blamed Expedia and I was basically homeless for a few hours looking for a new room to stay in

Reserved a suite on got confirmation and arrived at the hotel and was told that the suite was no longer available and there’s no other rooms available very frustrating experience

Didn't empty the garbage, the towels were dirty. The breakfast was fine.

El sofá cama no lo recomiendo si piensas ocuparlo, es como que estés durmiendo sobre los metales directamente. Si no piensas ocuparlo los demás muebles están bien. Además había pagado anticipadamente mi estancia y el día del check in me volvieron a cobrar mi estancia y retuvieron mi dinero por más de 8 días

LOVED this hotel as someone from NY. room was very spacious, my dog loved it. breakfast was yum. staff was super nice and helpful. AC was cold asf which i loved. just a really great hotel that’s pet friendly

We had a nice stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Rocky Mount. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The hotel was a nice place to stop during our long trip, and we were looking forward to having some quiet time to relax and rest. Unfortunately, the TV in our suite did not work, and there was no hot water from the bathroom sink. After a long trip, we really just wanted to relax and get a good night’s sleep. These basic things should be working. I contacted the hotel several times about these issues but received no response. That was very disappointing, and I’m still sad about how management handled the situation. The hotel itself was nice, but the lack of response really affected our experience.

The pool and the workout center was very nice. The staff was amazing and friendly. The bathroom toilet was way to low for some of my elderly family members. The carpet smelled and looked horrible. The smell in the rooms was horrible had to go out and get something for the room to smell a little bit better. When needing towels and washcloths we had to wait for hours or more. Patio furniture was outside when raining when the weather cleared it took almost 2 day for the furniture to dry.

The staff was great place was clean only problem was toilet kept running
