Comfort Inn Romeoville - Bolingbrook

Place is ran down and the manager is a joke. Nobody mentioned anything about the property not allowing pets and they didn't have any kind of sign up at the desk to say other wise even though they will claim they did to try and cover their rears. We asked them multiple times within a 2 hours of checking in to fix our door cause it didn't close fully, so we got stuck using the deadbolt to keep it close. This not only is a massive security issue, but a fire hazard as well.

Room was clean. Excellent staff.

This hotel is well worn, almost worn out. In dire need of upgrades to everything. I will not stay there again.

Ice cold air conditioning in room and it stayed at a consistent 60 in the room 24/7. Staff super nice and helpful very knowledgeable and attentive. Clean beds, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Carpet clean. Elevator super helpful. The pool is small, they have an exercise bike, treadmill, and a stair climber. There is a computer and printer in lobby. Lots of parking outside and all doors are secure. No stench of anything zero stench in hotel. Breakfast has the waffle maker, toast, English muffins, danish, hard boiled eggs, cream cheese, Jif peanut butter, Nutella, cereal, oatmeal’s, hot chocolate, coffee, apple, oj & cranberry juice, milk in cartons, biscuits & gravy, omelets premade and heated, lots of vending machines and ice makers. Laundry machines like $5.00 & take quarters. Walk to Cracker Barrel to eat home cooked meal. Well worth it. Plenty of light in the room and lamps. Fridge and microwave in room. Pick this hotel for your stay it’s good in a pinch.

I always stay at the Comfort inn n always we had fresh eggs or even omelet made by fresh eggs in front of us.

The breakfast was very good, but the hotel was very dirty. The housekeeping service was poor, they only cleaned the room every three days, and the towels were stained.

At arrival after 3pm my two rooms were not done but we still were given these rooms. The curtains had mold , the bathrooms were not fully clean or stocked with amnesties. The tvs were not plugged up. I did report the mold to the front desk - they communicated that after i talked to Expedia. Pictures online are not the reality of the property. Staff was nice

Only stayed for 1 night. Parking was good, a lot of spots. The room was clean but the air vent sounded weird and the shower pressure wasn’t great, but for its price point this was a good hotel.

At check-in I requested to use a different credit card

Stayed for the NASCAR race this weekend!! Easy drive to the track so that was great! I think the room was renovated recently or at least felt like it! It was very clean, comfortable and did not smell. The fridge/ freezer and micro worked perfectly. TV is a little outdated, but don't watch much anyway so didn't really effect me. Shower was perfect! The only real negative is them dang pillows! Would be 5 stars, but man y'all gotta get new pillows!!! If I had to recommend anything it's just being your own pillow theirs are almost not usable!! But had i taken my own pillow, 5 stars ez!

Booked hotel and went to location where they had no room.
