Rooms no longer have coffee service

I always stay at holiday inn express when traveling. Good hotel, right off highway , not too many food options in the area. Stayed 3 nights, breakfast went til 9:30am but every morning we went down the food was over cooked, egg omlets were brown from being burnt/over cooked, same as the biscuits , was much options for toast/bagels/muffins like the usually holiday express breakfast usually have . But we had a good stay, other than they don’t give you enough towels and wash clothes . 2 for 3night stay with 4 people lol had to ask twice for more lol

Pool was a little dirty

Please never ever ever book here if you’re traveling from out of state. My room was canceled randomly without any notification or calls.. when I got there they stayed they have my room to sombody else

The staff were wonderful. They were helpful and very kind. Breakfast was excellent and it was so clean. It was the best home away from home I've stayed at.

Greeting staff wasn’t very accommodating or pleasant

Expedia canceled my reservations at the last minute. I was enjoying my event and did not realize they canceled it until I went to check in around midnight. Very disappointed and frustrated because I could not find another hotel. I had a two night reservation stay out of town. I had to sleep in the car for the first night because I could not find a hotel. Even though I had my reservations over a week ago. Hotel seemed like it was nice, but I didn’t get to experience it.

Everything was great. I would have loved to leave a five-star review, but I think it's important that you have staff—at least one person per shift—who speaks Spanish. I even made the reservation for my in-laws, and they don't speak much English. That led to a few situations that weren't very comfortable—not bad, just uncomfortable. It would have been excellent if someone could have helped them in Spanish.

It was a nice hotel.

Overall great stay! Beds were comfortable, hot tub was relaxing, and breakfast was average. We appreciated staffs kindness & quick action to help resolve the one issue we did have. Thank you!

We could book short notice

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. They could have updated the seating area for breakfast. The chairs were worn.

I thought the property was clean and close to the activities I needed to get to.
