Clean place. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Highly recommend this place!!!

Out of all the hotels in the area, this is definitely one of the nicer ones

The gentlemen who checked us in and out where kind and the property seemed clean. However there were patrons partying all night in the room next door blaring music and the smell of pot was seeping through into the hallways and into our room vents. They were slamming doors and yelling. We were traveling with our five year old daughter and it kept us up all night. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but the woman would tell me she was the only person working and that she couldn’t go check it out. She stated that she called them and they said they would turn it down but they never did. It was an awful experience. I know you can’t control who stays next to you but after midnight it’s ridiculous to allow that level of noise and behavior. The man I spoke to at check out was kind about it but offered no recourse or apology beyond that he would talk to the employee.

For a last minute stay, it was perfect. Staff was welcoming and room was clean. Worth the price.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite

Room smelled like smoke, no one working was replying to any messages sent and no one at the front desk. It was dirty and not well maintained. We left the property after 1.5 hours of being in the room without being able to get ahold of anyone working in the hotel. Very understaffed and the one person working when we checked in was rude. He said they ran out of pillows and they were sold out for the night.

First off, the room was FILTHY with a HEFTY roach infestation. They gave us a room that had dirty sofa's, chairs, walls, torn up wood stand where the microwave and refrigerator are held. The wood stand that the microwave and fridge were kept in was not only tore up. it was where I seen the most roaches crawling from all spaces of it. The carpet was soiled. Nothing like it was advertised. Quite gross. The area was very shady. Lots of drunk homeless people around. The nearest food places (I think used to be an Arby's and Wendy's) were shut down. Tons of homeless people hanging around them at the entrance of the hotel. I was afraid for my vehicle. I asked if there were cameras outside, they told me no. It just was not a great experience. Above all, the filth and the roaches in the room were a no for me. Do not put your bags down on the floor if you stay here. You will take roaches home. YUCK. NEVER AGAIN!

This is ALWAYS my “go-to” place to stay when I’m in the Romeoville area. Always, clean, and awesome staff and customer service.

Quiet and pretty well maintained; but not so good pillows or beds. So I did not sleep well!

Hotel is very dated, smells old and moldy, and customer service is lacking. The pool had vomit and my room had an ant infestation. Hotel management wouldn’t do anything for this. This should tell you all you need to know.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, clean spacious parking lot and great location for traveling activities

The rooms were quite clean. The card said thy only clean every three days but the cleaning staff knocked on our door the second day to see if we wanted to have the room cleaned. The breakfast was just ok.

I had a great stay. I traveled wkrh my 2 cats & the staff were so great. They gave me a handicap accessible room so that i would have plenty of space for 2 litter boxes. The hotel was very clean & in a great area. I didnt use the pool but it looked relaxing. I was wprried about the noise level, being closer to the elevator, but i slept great! The free cookies at check in was a nice touch.

Good place to stay and is very reasonable especially for queen size beds. A lot of motels charge the same price for full size beds and don't offer anything for breakfast, so I'd highly recommend staying here instead.

The quality of bed is mid other than that it is good

The staff was so nice friendly and professional. They were always cleaning or freshening up the common areas. The breakfast was incredible with 3 hot choices that changed every day. I don’t think I can say enough good about this place. The only minor drawback was the pool was being cleaned during our 3 day visit but that’s not what we were there for so it was just ironic
