When we returned from an outing-- room was not clean, and garbage overflowing-- not even emptied- bed just left and bathroom nor kitchennette was clean. Told by staff if stay stay they donot clean your room -- they clean rooms every 2 weeks and it is only for people who stay 15 days or more--thats whole purpose when you come to town if stay 2days, 3days etc--you stay at hotel for services--told front desk we had no clean towels next day--they told us bring towels down to front desk all unclean towels then fresh ones, were the guest should had someone come get them,asked them to change our room, with water running all over flow--they said booked to capacity, didnt try to assist us at all as guess-frontdesk staff was not concerned, and not very helpful at all--my experience here was very disappointing, and unsatifactory- will not recommend to anyone this particular location romeoville, bolingbrook-- I feel they should return our money--we were also told there were no housekeepers available Very disappointed in there service here--extended stay in romevi

Dried poo on inside of toilet. Much debris under the bed including food products, plastic baggies and other items, end table had dried blood on it. The smoke detection system and fire alarm both had plastic wrap covering them . Major problems should fire inspector see what was done as they are big time safety violation

I liked that the hotel was only 35-40 mins from Chicago and pretty close to the nascar track chicagoland. I didnt care as much for the attitude of some of the staff members. The fridge leaked, the tub leaked nothing was cleaned off very well like the walls were nasty like someone spilled something. The toilet and bathroom sink weren't cleaned very well.

Did not know we would have a kitchen area, it was outdated and no kitchen pieces to use. No shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer. Staff at front desk did not seem very happy. Seemed the first staff member was busy doing other things and the second staff member was chomping on food as she came around the corner to ask if we were checking out. Felt the property left a little to be desired.

Unfortunately not much was good about the room or property. Front desk she was great. Outdated property and hotel rooms, area had closed restaurants around it. She told us cleaning service was every 14 days, plus we had to sign a no smoking waver but the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not good!
