Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. When I arrived and was given my room, I was shocked by what I found. There was a large trash bag sitting in the middle of the floor, the bed had not been made, the sheets and blankets were not properly on the bed, and the towels were piled on the floor. The room clearly had not been cleaned or prepared for a paying guest. I immediately returned to the front desk and requested another room. While the second room appeared somewhat better, it smelled strongly of smoke. The hallway also had a noticeable smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke, which made the overall environment even more unpleasant. The hotel itself also appears dated and in serious need of maintenance, modernization, and better attention to cleanliness. At that point, I had lost confidence in the property and did not feel comfortable staying there. I explained the situation to the front desk, declined the room, and left the hotel. I ended up paying to stay at a different hotel instead. A guest should not have to inspect multiple rooms just to find one that is clean, prepared, and free of smoke odors. These are basic expectations when paying for a hotel room. Based on what I personally experienced, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property unless you absolutely have no other reasonable option.

I believe there are long-term tenants at this location so wasn't quite what I expected

Had a good stay, Was not loud there like some hotels are at night, everyone was nice and respectful, had a nice room with full size fridge and a microwave and stove top, would definitely recommend this place 👌

Wouldn’t recommend

When we arrived at 3pm for check in. We waited for over 15 minutes to have anyone show up to check us in. No apologies were given. The hallways had a bad odor and there were bugs in the sink. It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place on your website to people.

Feces on the toilet in an unclean room. No staff work the front desk from 9pm-9am

Booked a room, arrived and staff said my room was taken, I was very disappointed.

Clean but zero amenities

The hotel was fine, but the room had a strong chemical smell. Otherwise it was just ok. Only needed to be there for one night for a work related reason.

The only thing I like about my stay was the price. We needed extra towels from the first day of check in and never received them. Shower head leaked so It leaked all over the floor. Since it was a kitchenetter I assumed silverware would be available but wasn't. Bathroom door was installed incorrectly so it wouldn't open or close. Staff wasn't available

The only positive note was the staff. They were very friendly and courteous.

Clean and restful night

Cockroaches! As soon as we entered the room and turned the lights on they scattered! Immediately left!

I reserved a room and received confirmation but they could not give me one since they didn’t have one available.

Very small for a suite, absolutely no amenities, just a horrible atmosphere for the price

No one was at the desk and I couldn’t get my room key and I called 8 other places and everywhere else was fully booked. It was a nightmare.

They responded quickly my room's bath tub was backing up which I couldn't take a shower when I needed at the time. Parking lot had number of broken vehicles and vehicles that probably been left or abandoned some filled up with luggage and flat tires.

Hmmmm. I felt as if I checked into a halfway or transitional facility. The entrance was littered with people smoking in bonnets and slides. The parking lot had people hanging out in their cars. Dogs barking at 3am. The room was bare essentials at best. There were roaches in bathroom. The faucet wasn’t attached to sink, just merely resting in the pre-drilled holes. If I hadn’t prepaid, I wouldn’t have stopped. I can say more but the chances of change are slim to none. Just beware this is not a good facility and you may feel unsafe.
