Check in rude middle eastern lady. Booked 2 bed said only have king left. Said with 2 adults and a bigger 11 year old that wont work. Gave in and gave us last double room. Breakfast was an awful waffle or a banana. Room was dirty spilled red drink from previous person. Red on mattress protector. Phones and alarm clock dont work. Shower broken. Gave 2 towels for 3 guests. No room change, sheets or towels next day. Had to ask desk for change of sheets and fresh towels. Only thing that was decent was the ac worked and the bed was comfortable even being a bigger guy.

Affordable. Breakfast is misleading. When I called the property I was informed that they offered breakfast. Upon arrival they did not have eggs, bacon, sausage. All they had was waffles. The vending machines are out of order.

The bathroom was huge and the bed was too Exiting the elevator, it smelled like someone urinated in the hall.....entering the room, the window was open with no screen protection, which led to insects and housefly's in the room......the refrigerator didn't work....there were ants on the table and in the bed........my guest went downstairs to management and told them...they said make sure the refrigerator was plugged up! Really?!! I was sooo uncomfortable I didn't stay ...I left late around 2am ....only to find no one was at the front desk to hear my complaints.....

Location Man at the desk was rude. I asked for early check in and late check out when I booked. It was approved. The day of late check out he said no. Very rude. They would interrupt your conversation and speak Hindi infront of you. Yes I understood what they were saying. Pubic hairs on sheets and pillow case. Floor was stained and dirty like they never vacuum or steam clean it. Shower had mold and the bottom was slippery to where I couldn't use it for frear of falling. I have stayed at Motel 8's cleaner than this one.

This was a bad experience for me. Upon arrival, I was given a room that had a very offensive odor. I went back to front desk to report it. The gentleman reacted as if he knew an odor was present and moved me. The washcloths had a hole in it. The hallways smelled of urine or similar substance.

The location was right off the highway which is very convenient and only 30-50 minutes to downtown Chicago depending on the day and time. Because it was right off the highway there was a little noise however our room with two queen beds was comfortable and fairly quiet. Breakfast was simple with a few cereal, fruit, waffles and drink options but there's also a McDonalds across the street for easy protein additions. I REALLY liked having a Dunkin's for morning coffee. Plus there's a QuikTrip gas station for easy fill up before going back on the road. We had a good stay there while we spent the weekend in Chicago. Our room was clean and quite comfortable. Laundry, ice machine available. There is NO POOL even though there are pictures showing one. I was told it hasn't been there since Covid "like most the hotels around." It is NOT listed as an amenity but there IS a photo. Very few channels available.

Bed was comfortable Pool was shut down which was a big bummer. Bathroom was dirty missing drain plugs in bath tub and sink. When we got up fore breakfast, there was about 4 kids down there all eating. Which i believe were the people who work there kids eating for free. Won't be staying there again

No pool at this property even though the listing says it has one. The bed I had was broken on one side so it was slanted. Hot water in shower is non existent.

Fortunately we were only there for one night.

This hotel should be closed immediately. Bad appearance from the outside should have been my first clue. Hiwever..once inside...i was slightly greeted (not with a welcome mind you) by a woman. There was a gentleman also there but he was on the phone obviously yelling at someone. I looked around and the place seemed dirty and unkept. It was at this time that I thought I should find somewhere else to go but I decided to try to give it a chance. I wasn't told about any offers as far as wifi or breakfast although they were supposed to be included. I was given a (dirty) card key with a sticky dot affixed with my room and told where the room was (after the lady went to checknthe room first suspiciously) without even a thank you. I still thought I would give it a try even with all these alerts. The carpet in the hall was filthy and the while place smelled awful. I finally get to the room. It is old. I think it used to be an extended stay. There was an old cook top electric range that had aluminum tape on the exhaust vent. The room odor was foul as was the hallway. The amenities were basic with a.couple towels (no face towels) and nothing on the TV or in the room on hotel amenities. I stared at that bed and said.I cant do this. I immediately started itching and decided enough was enough. I made a bunch of calls and was fortunate enough to find other accommodations on a busy weekend. Stay away from this place.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The location for what we needed was perfect. Breakfast was listed as "grab and go" but they had additional itmes that were unexpected and appreciated like hot waffles and cereal. There was no hot water for showers.

Definitely a no frills hotel, but room was clean and check in was easy. Had a bit of a struggle with the shower — pull thing to get shower running was really difficult to pull up. TV selection is limited, but AC worked great. Mostly quiet. Regardless of any minor issues, I would stay here again.

Room was clean, hotel overall was clean. Customer service lacked a bit, otherwise an okay stay

This was probably 1 of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. However, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I told them I was charged twice for my stay and I was credited right there on the spot. That and the beds were the only good things about this hotel. It needs a badly needed remodel.

How the air conditioning and elevator are very smooth I loved everything
