Over all, the building is showing signs of neglect or at the very least, is in need of a very through cleaning and touch-up

Comitadation were well and was convenient for the time spent there.

Hotel was ok. Did not have soap products in bathroom. Beds were very worn out and one of our queens sagged pretty bad on the middle of the bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Building itself seemed run down and room was too. Our stay was ok. Disappointed in the quality of supplies in the room.

I went to the front desk, and the staff member handed me a half-used can of roach spray, expecting me to handle it myself. When we entered the room, the refrigerator was left open and everything inside was thawing. I didn’t understand why, so I called the front desk. The staff member asked, “Do you plan on using it?” I said yes, and mentioned it was making a mess. They sent housekeeping to plug it in, but they left without cleaning up. The fridge was broken—it wouldn’t seal properly. When I called about it, the staff initially refused to replace it. Eventually, they brought a larger fridge, but it had been drenched in roach spray so heavily that the fumes were unbearable. I had to keep the window open and couldn’t sleep properly during my two-night stay. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The environment didn’t feel safe, either. One man got on the elevator with me, looked at my bags, and said, “You have some nice stuff.” I felt uncomfortable and on edge the entire time.

Upon walking into the hotel there was this peculiar smell. I really couldn’t enjoy my stay. We spent most of the day outside. I wouldn’t stay again.

I like the property because it close to the road. The property is not clean

The water pressure in the shower was good. Maybe I expect too much from $150 room. I noticed that was the price on the Sunday I stayed, and Monday the same room was only $100.

When we checked out the next morning, the desk clerk never acknowledged us with a good bye, never even looked up at us and was burning insense at the front desk! This property gives you chain a bad impression!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was straightened up, not clean. The room smelled old. The carpet was dirty. The bathtub has a ring around the inside and the toilet was questionable. (Blue toilet water does not equal clean.)

So we booked the sweet. the beds were hard, the light fixture broken, when it was storming water was leaking through the sockets, it smelled like smoke in our room, but none of us smoke, The windows were dirty, It didn't even have faced house for iron.We had to go down and get some.It just really looked like it was quickly put together and wasn't really cleaned.There's a whole lot that I could really talk about and or pictures that I have.Just overall, it wasn't suitable for the price that we paid for in my opinion.

Check in rude middle eastern lady. Booked 2 bed said only have king left. Said with 2 adults and a bigger 11 year old that wont work. Gave in and gave us last double room. Breakfast was an awful waffle or a banana. Room was dirty spilled red drink from previous person. Red on mattress protector. Phones and alarm clock dont work. Shower broken. Gave 2 towels for 3 guests. No room change, sheets or towels next day. Had to ask desk for change of sheets and fresh towels. Only thing that was decent was the ac worked and the bed was comfortable even being a bigger guy.

The staff was rude I had reservations I had booked 2 months ahead of time cause I came in town for working and upon on arrival trying check in she gonna LIE and say the shower not working in the room I booked she was trying to downgrade my room and that’s not what I booked… wasn’t willing to accommodate to another hotel or anything

Wobbly toilet

Affordable. Breakfast is misleading. When I called the property I was informed that they offered breakfast. Upon arrival they did not have eggs, bacon, sausage. All they had was waffles. The vending machines are out of order.

Exiting the elevator, it smelled like someone urinated in the hall.....entering the room, the window was open with no screen protection, which led to insects and housefly's in the room......the refrigerator didn't work....there were ants on the table and in the bed........my guest went downstairs to management and told them...they said make sure the refrigerator was plugged up! Really?!! I was sooo uncomfortable I didn't stay ...I left late around 2am ....only to find no one was at the front desk to hear my complaints.....
