Very nice place to stay at. All staff were very professional and friendly. The place was very clean and the out side will keep. The pool and hot tub was my favorite part. The pool area was nice and big.
-
Steamboat was a charming place to stay. Loved the ambiance of the ship, the music playing in the halls and the grounds surrounding it. Sat in the rockers and watched the ducks for hours.

That it actually looks like a steamboat inside and out there was a wonderful experience for me although that was my second year staying here Everything was great there is nothing not to like

This is such a wonderful place! So unique, decorated beautifully. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. I definitely recommend this hotel.
-
The theme, atmosphere, and the staff The fact that you can't walk the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Also the pool is small and overcrowded.
-
Great hotel with lots of character.

The hotel looks like a steamboat. They pull it off without kitschiness. There is a pond all the way around the building with ducks and koi. Inside it is beautifully decorated, classy and old- timey. Our room was lovely. There is a nice pool and hot tub in the "bow" of the hotel/ship. Stayed before, will stay again.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The bed and pillows were hard as rocks and there was a clump of pubic hair in the shower from a previous guest. The staff gave me a small discount for the unclean conditions.

Everything it’s a very nice hotel

The Fulton Steamboat Inn is very unique. You'll feel as if you've been transported back in time. The service and meals at the restaurant are very good. The Inn is a short distance from most if not all of the Amish Villages. The rooms are clean, and decorated in a style typical when steamboats were popular.

We had such a nice time at the hotel for the one night we were there. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, playground, gazebo and feeding the fish. It was very relaxing and your staff was very friendly and accommodating.
-
The workers were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very clean. Excellent service.. the only thing that I didn’t like was that the pool area had a very strong smell of chlorine, very uncomfortable for the eyes
-
Room was clean and comfortable. We used the outdoor fire pit in the evening which was vey nice…a staff member came out to light the fire and bring extra logs. Free parking.. restaurant on site, friendly staff. Hotel is close to everything. There was a gift shop next to the lobby. Loved the Steamboat theme…the only thing I didn’t like as much was the ragtime or old time music playing all day and half the night loudly in the hallways because we could hear it in our room. Other than that it was a great place to stay. They had chocolate chip cookies in the lobby when we checked in.. which was very nice

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms. Nice restaurant and tavern. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pits in the evening...the staff will light you a fire if asked. The entire outdoor space was nicely maintained. There is a playground for children as well. The pool area was adult only after 10pm whichbwas great consideringbthere was a large amount of guests with young children running around. The location was perfect for shopping and we went to Sight and Sound. The indoor pool was quite small and there was an over abundance of young children, which surprised me because this hotel aesthetic felt geared more toward adults. Children are great but I was awakened several times through the night (like after midnight) by children crying or yelling/running in the hall outside my room. Of course this is not the fault of the hotel but just beware if you want a more adult setting.

Cute place but dated, very close to the Sight and Sound Theatre. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site was convenient-food was okay. Would stay here again, primarily for its location.

The property was so unique and the staff were wonderful.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in maybe ever. The room was decorated in such a way that it felt very fancy, with the fireplace, lamps, wallpaper , bedding, etc. It was spotless, plus the layout with extras like a 2nd sink outside the restroom just added to the convenience. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful and the complimentary water/lemonade or coffee (depending on time of day) were also very nice. Also, it is convenient to explore area attractions!

Charming and lovely

Grounds are beautiful and pool was fun. Everything was great, only thing i wasnt crazy about was if you wanted your bed made or clean towels you needed to alert the front desk the day before you wanted services. I think that simple housekeeping should be done like bed being made and clean towels if needed oh and dump garbage i shouldnt have to ask.
