Staybridge Suites Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont by IHG

Clean room. Great location. Close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection.

We did have a hiccup with the air conditioning in our first room, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. They immediately moved us to another room on the same floor and made the process as easy as possible. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the employee who came up to check on us even brought a luggage cart directly to our room so we could move our belongings without having to figure it out ourselves. That level of service really stood out. Problems can happen at any hotel, but it's how the staff responds that makes the difference, and the team here handled everything quickly and courteously. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is wonderful, but what really keeps me coming back is the staff. I usually arrive at night, so I deal mostly with the night staff, and they are absolutely amazing. They are always friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful. There honestly are not enough words in the English language to describe how great the staff has been every time I stay here. The rooms are always spotless and extremely comfortable. The showers are nice and hot, the beds are comfortable, and I always get a great night of sleep before heading to the airport. After a long drive to Chicago or while preparing for an international trip, that peace and comfort means a lot. I also love the bar and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It is relaxing, convenient, clean, and consistently gives me a great experience. I travel quite a bit, and when I’m flying out of O’Hare, I already know where I’m staying. This hotel has earned my loyalty. Amazing staff, beautiful clean rooms, great service, and a comfortable stay every single time. I highly recommend it!

Clean, spacious and welcoming

Close to the airport, you could see but not really hear the planes. Easy 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport, accessible at all times. Room adequate in size with a nice mattress and and linens. Bathroom was good 8n size with plush towels, good water pressure and nice toiletries. Bathroom did not have a fan however. Breakfadt buffet with pancake/waffle maker, hot dishes, omelets and saudages, cereal, breads and fruits. Welcome drinks & appetizers 3 days a week was a nice treat. On site restaurant and bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to downtown Chicago with mass transit close. Would stay at the end.

Overall it was great very clean which that’s very important for me and it was very comfortable, breakfast was very good great options to choose from.

We had an awful stay. We received instructions to call for the shuttle, we did and it took almost 20 minutes to get a hold of someone. They instructed to wait on 2E and the shuttle never came. We waited over an hour and finally had to pay for an uber. When we arrived the front desk girl told us that their phones didn’t work and somebody else gave us wrong instructions. She never apologized, didn’t care at all that we had to pay for their mistake, and she even shrugged when we explained that I was pregnant and waited without food or water on the street. Breakfast options are bad, not even close to what they advertise. If you have other option, take it.

Great Breakfast Services,, & a great Staff! Great view of the Jets taking off,,, which was a bit noisy at bedtime,,, but I brought my own fan to help with that. Only gripe was, I hate when hotels charge you for parking! An intelligent company would include that in the room price,, part of all of those Extra fees & BS they all charge for.
