coffee in the breakfast room was ok but everything else was inadequate.
-
We will definitely stay there again.
-
We had a Pleasant stay and highly recommend
-
Front desk evening staff was not kind and provided limited help to find laundry services under the circumstances.
-
We had a good and comfortable stay. Breakfast a bit sketchy but adequate. (Not a luxury hotel!)
-
Quiet room decent size...would have liked a second chair
-
Convenient location. Been staying here for years. Used to cost 80. Now it’s over $200
-
Shower pressure Mattress was crushed down on one side Sign with the room sections was difficult to see since it blended in with the wall. Ice machines were broken
-
staff was friendly hotel was very clean but pool was of line and refrigerator in room was inoperable, areas looked worn but i believe they are in the midst of a refresh so it was a good visit over all
-
But the room has been updated and was very clean. Hot tub and pool(?) not working. It's in better condition than my last stay.
-
The room was not clean. Other people items were still in room, trash was still full. Smoke detector had plastic on it. Whole place smells.
-
Great, quiet, clean hotel. Great breakfast too!

The Comfort Inn in Rutland is an excellent place to stay. The room was quite clean and the breakfast offered quite a few choices ranging from eggs and sausage to the usual cereal and oatmeal. It is also worth noting that the staff of this property are quite friendly. Yes, I would stay here again.

This review is to bring attention to the poor physical condition of the property, despite the excellent service provided by the staff. The facility has a severe odor issue in common areas and guest rooms that affected our personal belongings. There is also a systemic lack of maintenance, evidenced by multiple broken items such as the bedroom lighting, remote controls, and the hot tub. Immediate facility overhauls are strongly recommended

This was a really nice hotel. The bed was really nice and I got a good night's sleep.
-
Super clean, well appointed room with friendly, helpful staff and a nice breakfast
-
So it started off with the staff arguing with another person, not sure if the specifics but it was escalating and had me questioning our stay right off the bat and safety. The hot tub was closed, really wish that would be updated on hotels.com as that would make a difference on choosing that location. Kind of a funky smell in the lobby. AC was less than desirable. Best thing was the location, close to restaurants.

hallway smelled and room smelled of smoke

Well nothing really I didnt like that the pool and jacuzzi were shut down specially because I went with the higher rate hotel for them. And my toilet in my room you could move the hole thing from side to side I was worried that one of us were gonna go sit on it late at night and fall down because it moved. We were left with a tiny bit of toilet paper 2 tissues and the freezer door was busted off the fridge. And the upstairs 3rd level was soo hot there is no ac in the hallways it gets extremly hot up there. Think ill stick with one of the cheaper ones for that one is not worth being one of the most expensive ones in the area anymore they should tell people if the pool and jacuzzi is going to be down when some people are only staying there because of them things I get if it happens by accident but these were scheduled days to be down
