Pool and hot tub were great!! I mean if all hot tubs can be that temp I would love it!! While we enjoyed our stay there were a few hiccups. Not all of us could get on the WiFi. I did not like the lack of full service in the room. It is fine in general but we ran out of toilet paper and we would have liked more towels as there were 4 of us. We did go to the desk for the things we needed but a simple service of checking the bathroom would have shown what we needed replaced. That being said we liked it and would definitely stay here again!

The staff are helpful. The building seems old. Some areas need maintenance. The breakfast is is nothing to rave about. Generally reasonable stay.

all night long! The other side of the hotel faces the parking lot/smoking area which can be very unpleasant if you have any reactions to cigarette smoke. TV package only carried one local network out of Burlington so up to date weather reports were unavailable during a statewide flood and tornado watch while we were there. Hotel personnel were great and breakfast was great...just a noisy smoky place.

Helpful staff, clean room, peaceful night of sleep. Also really appreciated the fresh bananas in the lobby on arrival and the nourishing breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
