Comfort Inn Rutland - Killington

For a one night stay is was just what we wanted...a clean room and comfortable bed. after check in I discovered I had forgotten my toothbrush. I ask the front desk person if he had one to purchase. He gave me a throw-away tooth brush which was a perfect solution for the night. We also need extra towels, which were provided with no problems. Thanks to him.

Bc I'm from within 50 miles of the location they would not let me stay. I want a refund!!!

Unfortunately the experience of being there is marred by the smell of musty moldy carpets and drapes. The overall place is cheap and filled with messages about stealing their stuff, etc, but what made it unpleasant was the odor. Malodorous throughout. Old worn carpets and musty smell throughout. Avoid.

The bathroom was unpleasant as the exhaust fan dropped dust globs especially when using the facilities. On a positive note the bed linens were great.

Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was nice size and worked well. Location to Hwy 7 and 4 was convenient. Carpet in the room had a noticeable stain. Roller foot on the only chair kept coming off. A cockroach prowled the bathroom. Carpeting in the halls and foyer were old and worn in places.

Non smoking room had residual smell after the cleaning products wore off. Between the headache and sore throat then the slamming exit door (no soft close)next to our room made for a sleepless night. Definitely not a $200 experience. It was clean and nicely decorated, I just wish my sleep was better.

Still love the pool and hot tub

Dated motel. Most staff friendly but not helpful. No charging ports for cell phone. The front desk told me to buy one. Table at breakfast nearly fell over and the staff wouldn’t move it. No grab bars or towel rack in bathroom. Very noisy as our room faced a busy main highway.

Only there for one night. Good clean room with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The door to our room was falling off hinges as someone had attepted to break in and it was never fixed proprley. i ended up checking out early to go to another hotel, and because i booked through expedia I was unable to be refunded for the second night that I didnt use

Nothing special, ok for one night. Very outdated, paint pealing, a little unapproachable from the lobby area. Room was quiet and clean. Got the job done for the night.

My room was pretty noisy. It was right by the parking lot. The parking lot was awful. I was amazed that my car wasn’t broken into. It looked very sketchy.

The hallway and room's had a bad odor that was was unbearable. The breakfast was horrible too.

The room was clean & the staff very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the substantial breakfast which came with our booking & loved the pool/hot tub. It was older but very clean!

A good solid hotel.

The location is far from town if you don't have a car

some of the staff; Penny and Mo both were incredible as were some of the housekeepers.... they made our stay. They were just wonderful.

Place is falling apart. Just look at the elevator. Rooms need to be updated. Has a weird smell to the room. Breakfast was awful
