There was no breakfast, it was stated in the description of the motel. So no food available. Sorry… The dead fly on one of the beds, masterbation remains on the window curtains, I couldn’t even touch them, really gross. The woman who checked us in even said we over paid , so good for us, too bad for you. Thats thru booking.com. Please update your website. This was awful.

Didn’t end up staying at this location. Kinda surprised that Booking.com would offer this kind of location on their site Value/ over all condition of the location. This Hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance…

No breakfast as advertised. Tv only antenna. No way to contact desk no phone. Got no receipt so I am watching my cc for unauthorized charges

The bed was comfortable There was hair in the shower and on the bed. The shower was dirty. There was no trashcan! No coffee maker. Very dated, and not clean.

Nothing Room was dirty and smell was foul. Mixture of smoke and body odor. When checking in, one of the workers was sitting in lobby without a shirt and talking to the girl behind counter. We did not stay, it was that disgusting. Owners promised a refund but lied and told Booking.com they wouldn’t return my money.

Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before a non front desk person showed up dressed like a homeless person. When the staff arrived they treated me as if I wasn't there. When I did get the room it was wrong, I requested 2 queen size beds, it had 1 king size bed. They informed me that there was a room with 2 double beds just not as nice. When I checked it out the room smelled like strong chemicals I couldn't stay. It cost me an extra $65 a night to stay at a different hotel. I found out that the hotel gets paid an average of $88 a knight from the city to allow the homeless to stay there. I would think that the tourists would have priority over the homeless, but they don't.

Double billing, cleanliness, no breakfast as advertised

Nothing really Room smelled like cigarettes, turning on heating unit made it infinitely worse, no comforters, one blanket for two beds, two pillows for two beds, lots of small hairs on both sheets, never received housekeeping request for extra towel.

Got there. Room given to me waa not the room on booking.com. it waa supposed to be non-smoking, it was smoking. I was supposed to get a king room number was supposed to 94. Gave me 104 instead. The electricity was poor, couldn't even charge my phone. Will not go there again.

This is the worst hotel I've ever lived in. It is not a hotel, it is a dirty and disgusting $187 per night MOTEL!!! The Booking.com official has agreed with the full refund, but I did not receive it. The hotel is extremely dirty. The staff showed me two rooms and both of them smell like a mob has rotted for ten years. And the bedsheet is not changed. It has really disgusting stains on it. This MOTEL is 10 meters from a freeway and is loud as hell. The worst thing is that this owner is a lier, this MOTEL used to have a 4.6 out of 5 when I booked it with hundreds of commends but when I checked it back I has only 1 out of 5 with 2 reviews only, which means the owner was faking the comments and got caught. Never got to stay. Was told you had over booked. We were turned away. Sent somewhere else.

The staff was nice They didn’t honor my fully paid for reservation said they had site wide system failure and couldn’t check ppl in or out. I have yet to be reimbursed
