The room was CLEAN!!!! Always my biggest concern. Based on cleanliness and location to Pond Hill Ranch, I’d stay again but I will get rid of any expectations of warm hospitality.

Breakfast was good, heat and eats, but had a decent variety. room had a place for me to set up for working and a place to sit comfortably other than the bed. The free water was unexpected but very appreciated. Nothing really, one of the better places I have stayed.

Our last stay here was great, so we didn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. There were hairs on the pillow, the floor was not so clean, and the shampoo dispenser was empty. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. On top of that, the breakfast was not really good. Overall, this stay was not like our previous experience, and we were not really happy.

Building was clean inside and out. Quiet location and guests. Staff wase helpful in letting us know of local restaurants. Parking was ample and breakfast was good. Food and dining area was clean.
