I always stay there when I go to VT to visit my mom. I’ve never had any issues until this time. The room hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towel were left under the sink vanity, the bathtub/shower had someone else’s hair everywhere. The bathroom floor along with the entrance had not been swept or vacuumed. The sink had toothpaste in it and the mirror was dirty and the toilet paper roll was almost empty. I would’ve addressed the issues promptly if I had seen the issues when I first checked in and went into the bathroom but hadn’t gotten to my room super late from visiting my mom in the rehabilitation home and my brother. After a 5 1/2 hour drive the only thing I wanted was a hot shower to clean up and a good nights sleep. I had to clean the shower before I could use it. I’m Very disappointed. I expected more.. Especially when I paid over $200 for one night.

The room was beautiful!! And… it was the BEST hotel breakfast we have had in a very long time!!

The hotel supplied everything we needed. Plenty of toiletries and towels in the room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The continental breakfast had plenty of items to choose from. Pool was clean and well maintained. The gym was spotless and had enough cardio and free weights.

I was only in town for one night for a family reunion and the Hampton Inn is my “go to” when visiting Rutland. It’s centrally located and has plenty of parking. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Hot breakfast in the morning is a great addition! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

It’s a Hampton. Always exactly what Hampton is. High quality, no excuses. Great place, super clean.

The room was CLEAN!!!! Always my biggest concern. Based on cleanliness and location to Pond Hill Ranch, I’d stay again but I will get rid of any expectations of warm hospitality.
