Nothing Did not stay at the hotel. Drove to the parking lot and thought we would get robbed over night. Booked somewhere else safer to stay. Place is run down and super sketchy.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. Run down and dirty. Way over priced for a "economy" hotel. Paint flaking off the walls. They charged me twice. Didn't know I signed out. Very loud. Parking lot right outside my window. Run down hotel. Dirty outside. Trash in parking lot and in front of the doors. Old, outdated. Not kept up. Not at all worth what I paid. Very over priced. I was charged twice. There was no one at the front desk when I signed out.

Staff shortages are very apparent. Seem to be a lot of smokers also staying there. Not a place I would rush back to.

The girls at the front desk were nice but they put me in a room where I believe the room next to me had long term guests. They were talking in hallway like they were at at party. They were loud until about 11pm. The kids were playing ball in the hallway until 9pm then when they went in their room the kids were banging on the wall and bouncing the ball. Then the rest of the night the tv was on with the volume way up. Terrible experience

It had the feel of government housing. The clientele were milling around a lot on the property just walking the halls. You have to request to have your room cleaned the day before. Which they don't tell you this. Breakfast was in a box. We won't stay there again.

Front service desk and every employee encountered was incredibly nice. My biggest problem was that this is a pet friendly hotel and the couple staying next to us during our entire 3-night stay had no control over their two yappy dogs. Since the rooms had an adjoining door we could hear the dogs clearly. Other than the yappy and noisy pups our stay was relatively nice for the price we paid for our stay. In the future I plan to avoid pet friendly fly hotels unless we are traveling with our four legged family members.

    Will never stay there again.

However: as many others have said, there wasn't anyone at the desk for quite a while when we got there and I had to make a phone call. I got the impression that there was just one guy working there, doing as much as one person can do, which is admirable but not enough to run a hotel. The hallway had a kind of abandoned/neglected appearance, and the place is definitely not smoke-free, BUT our room did not smell like cigarettes, so that's very good. Overall, we got the impression of a place that had fallen on hard times, perhaps as a result of the pandemic, and has been dealing with it and trying climb back out of it. As I said, our room was nice and we were happy in it. We did not take them up on the bagged breakfast in the morning and we did not try out the swimming pool. Anyways, it was one of the least expensive places in town, near lots of restaurants and things, and it's about half an hour's drive up to Killington. All in all, we probably wouldn't stay there again, but there was no harm done.

Unfortunately no staff member at the desk when I arrived. Long wait for a staff member to be available to assist. Room had adjoining door to next room with significant gap in door that did not afford adequate privacy.

    Price 😁

Listed as a 2-star property, quickly moving downhill to 1-star territory. Cheapest place for my stay...and for a reason, I guess. Perhaps due to Covid, lack of staff, whatever, the place was not well-maintained. Hallways not vacuumed, king bed had a queen sheet mounted sideways which did not even cover bed (what, no king sheets?!), general sense of better times in the past. Advertised "hot breakfast" turned out to be a box with a dead apple, pre-packed muffin, two granola bars and a bottle of water. "Complimentary" morning beverage bar had run out of coffee and had only powdered whitener, no milk/cream. I will pay more next time for better place.

The hallways looked to be unvacuumed for several days. there was no place to hang coats. there was no one available at the front desk for checkin for several minutes after arrival. i would not stay here again.

  • Engine customer Jan 2022

All good and newly renovated, except building backdoor access failed, no people at reception desk for check-in (need to call), bathroom layout kind of awkward (door can only half open)

    Nothing

  • Engine customer Dec 2021

Dirty. Plus seemed like the crowd around it was terrible

  • Engine customer Dec 2021

room was not ready up until 5pm. No housekeeping was provided during the stay. Hallways smell with cig smoke.

  • Engine customer Dec 2021

The hotel and the common areas are pretty dated. The room was a bit dirty and certainly needs some improvements and deep cleaning. No microwave in the room. The water boiler/kettle was not working.

  • Engine customer Dec 2021

Smelled of urine. Extremely loud, rude guests/residents.
