My kids and I woke up all bit up, blood stains were on the sheets, our tv didn’t work kept going black , staff did nothing about anything no accountability or accommodation at all!

It was close to in town The staff wasnt very friendly. We were staying for two nights and for whatever reason they deactivated our keycards on the 2nd day. The beds were extremely hard, and the coils were really loud if you made any movement.

We liked everything,the staff is very friendly and the room was excellent very clean, everything was so perfect we have no complaints at all we will always only choose this one to stay at every time we come to Rutland VT to visit family!!!!!!! Look there's no getting better when it's already perfect it's incredible!!!!

Location A/C did not work… no consideration for a refund or discount. I will not stay there again!!!

Room is adequate for overnight. The ac was fine but the fan would not keep running for back ground noise.

We ended up staying here unexpectedly while moving across the country. It was a stressful situation with a lot of unknowns, and Paven was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a difficult day much easier. We are very grateful for his hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

The older lady that checked us in. Plenty of parking for a trailer.

Close to a lot of things I wanted to watch a hockey game but the tv channels were limited. I had a Firestick with me, but there was no WiFi.
