Nothing, they house the homeless Everything, they house the homeless

When I arrived, they did not have any record of our booking even though Booking.com had been paid. They could not help me. I have asked Booking.com for a refund and have not heard back. Booking.com needs to refund. my payment.

I’m also annoyed to know I paid over 100,00 per night to stay here, sharing the property with a homeless population.

Dated hotel, bed not comfortable, room smelled like smoke

The location was great. This was an economical choice. The room had everything we needed. The bathroom was shabby.

No one there to check in or out with. A "security" guard was sitting on the porch and called what I assume was the owner who walked across the street to check us in. He proceeded to tell me about all the properties he owns, so he walks between them all. He charged My for my entire stay at check in, which usually happens at check out....handed me the keys and said okay.. okay?? I had to ask room number, where it was on the property....no helpful at all.. Before I left, he handed me a paper bag with 3 pieces of fruit, 2 granola bats, 2 pies, 2 small juice boxes and a Danish. This was my continental breakfast for the next 3 days. What?!?! All of it was generic, off brands, which makes me think it came from the State...again for the homeless. He did tell me maid service would be by request during my stay. Well long story short... The hotel across the street that he came from which was being "renovated" was actually shut down due to a murder. And he houses the homeless there for the state...which I did call and ask about in advance. During that phone call I was assured that was not the case...so I was lied too. Came back the first night to a different t security guard sitting on the porch of the office.. Woke up the next morning to 4 guys working on a car in the parking lot. Came back the last night of my stay, no security posted ...and the maid service had been in without my request....fishy Tried to check out in the morning around 9am ...no one around. Tried to call, no answer. Left my keys in room. Proceeded to try to call 6 more time between 9am and 1pm. Finally someone answered with just a hello greeting, no hotel name.... and I explained that I left the keys in the room because no one was there. He said that's fine and hung up

Location This hotel was completely disgusting. The door knob was covered in masking tape to hold it togther. The bathroom toilet was leaking water across the bathroom floor from beneath it. The toilet would run all night too which was loud. spiders and buggs too.

the comfort, quietness and security. The breakfast room was filled with good food and variety missing person at front desk
-
Superb value. Breakfast in particular but overall exceeded expectations
-
Room smelt of smoke, trash was left on outside deck for a day and a half.
-
Nothing. Nasty, I didn't even want to let my bags touch the floor. Thank goodness I brought my own sheets and pillows.
-
Nothing was worth the price I paid, The hotel was a total mess. The heating was poor the wall paper was peeling and the sink was clogged.
-
Did switch us to cleaner room next day. No staff in office at night, when we arrived and found our rooms unusable, we had no one to speak with, had to pick up our key from other hotel.
-
Good spot. The room smelled horrible and there was no breakfast.
-
Nothing. A dump. Renting to Vagrants.
