No breakfast was available at the bed and breakfast on our stay. The rooms do not block out sunlight. The ac turns off at night and there is no thermostat in the room to help. Parking was extremely limited. The house has a loud wind chime sound every few minutes throughout the day. Would never stay here again.

Our first time in Sacramento for work and this property gave us the quiet space we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive and the room was clean with a beautiful view. We loved the hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you

Did not purchase for $30. Went elsewhere. Location is poor. It is near a park, but the clientele in the park are sketchy. Place looked nicer that what we expected. Not for people with handicaps. they have a ramp, but you have to go to the front desk and request.

The furnishings were beautiful inside and out. Our bathroom was especially beautiful. The backyard is so relaxing! The location is excellent for seeing the city. Communicating via text messages rather than in person is a new reality, but I always favor live communications. It really is more comfortable for getting local recommendations. We also prefer to have breakfast included, as this is closer to a B & B.

Very clean, quiet and lovely B & B. We did have significant issues with the reception as our card had been destroyed by the bank and there seemed to be an issue in order to use another card.
