Very clean, quiet and lovely B & B. We did have significant issues with the reception as our card had been destroyed by the bank and there seemed to be an issue in order to use another card.

they said for an extra fee. we stayed one night for about 300. asked if they were full the next day, it was a weekday stay, they said no. it is what it is .. but it’s a no for us;)

I tried to go once for the breakfast. I knew that I needed to register for the breakfast the previous night, but when I went to register, there was no one at the desk. The general attitude was: here's the keys, you're on your own. No help from the staff. But the room was pleasant, and the location was close to central Sacramento, where I wanted to be.

Clean, very nice amenities, but our room facing the front and near the highway was fairly noisy from traffic. Also, parked on street across from park was a bit nerve testing after hearing a drugged out girl yelling near our building late at night.

Very charming building with vintage vibes, hardwood floors, and a beautiful little alcove with a window on the second floor, looking out into the trees and the park. The jasmine nearby smelled great in the evenings. Great decor and great bathtub in the room with plenty of hot water. It was in a low-key, tree-filled residential neighborhood, not a ton of amenities right there, but a 10-minute walk to restaurants and a 20 minute walk from the Capitol. Generally speaking everything was sparkling clean, but the area rug in the room had seen better days and needed to be be either thoroughly cleaned or replaced. The sound of the freeway a few blocks away was audible but not too loud, and I am very sensitive to noise - my white-noise app blocked it out just fine.

The rooms are always really clean i will definitely be back its worth the price if you just want a place thats nice clean and relaxing

Our second time staying at Parkside. The ambiance is fantastic, the rooms are charming, the jacuzzi tubs and large showers are romantic, and everything fun in Sacramento is only a short distance away. We'll be returning, definitely!
