We had a nice stay! Free parking on the street right outside the inn. They give you a parking permit once you check in. Good location. About 20min walk to Golden 1 arena. Nice clean rooms

What was absolutely no soap, but kinda in our room. The coffee machine did not work and the water that was in. It was very stagnant had not been cleaned and sometime. I was no breakfast except on the weekends. Location with excellence. The staff very helpful. I need some work.

It was very Cozy, and quiet. The Owner was very considerate and went out of his way to wait for my arrival !

No breakfast was available at the bed and breakfast on our stay. The rooms do not block out sunlight. The ac turns off at night and there is no thermostat in the room to help. Parking was extremely limited. The house has a loud wind chime sound every few minutes throughout the day. Would never stay here again.

Our first time in Sacramento for work and this property gave us the quiet space we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive and the room was clean with a beautiful view. We loved the hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you

Did not purchase for $30. Went elsewhere. Location is poor. It is near a park, but the clientele in the park are sketchy. Place looked nicer that what we expected. Not for people with handicaps. they have a ramp, but you have to go to the front desk and request.
