The rooms were pretty gross - particularly the bathrooms. There were black stains everywhere that were very concerning. We also had a staff member walk into our room at 7 AM while we were still sleeping.
-
I would not recommend staying here
-
Staff was very nice and room was clean

Great location next to airport and interstate 70. Property is dated. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I contacted Hilton Corporate immediately to resolve the issue. The corporate representative, Mario, called the front desk but chose to blindly accept Cat's fabricated story that I was being disruptive. Mario then informed me I was not welcome at the property based on this lie. Furthermore, Mario refused to log a formal complaint or honor my Hilton Honors status simply because the room was booked via a third party. To have a local agent cancel a room out of spite is bad enough, but to have a corporate representative refuse to document the incident is a complete failure of customer service.

My room and the common areas were all clean. The establishment looks upscale and well taken care of. *However*, reception staff was clearly in a bad mood, took quite a bit on our parts to get them to be congenial. Secondly, no refrigerator or microwave in the room to be able to heat or store food items that we wanted to enjoy later. So, downstairs we went BUT the community microwave was broken! What!? Another lady ended up waiting for over 20 minutes to get help for that. I went and kindly asked the Maitre of the restaurant to please warn up delicious chicken and hot chocolate. He did, with a kind smile. That is the only thing that somewhat redeemed the rest. Except...the worst part... Mr shower did NOT work!!! It was either very cold or volcano hot. I could only wash by switching the water to the tub fill mode and using the ice container to pour water over me.... Why did the more expensive hotel fail on so many levels. Super disappointing. Super disappointing.

Paint ect. A little TLC goes a long ways.

The facilities were good, staff attentive and food good The bed was like the Grabd Canyon, we got very little sleep because we constantly fell into the crater in the Center of the bed ☹️

We have stayed on this property on numerous occasions over the years. What we have noticed is a steady decline in the cleanliness of the rooms, amenities offered (no coffee available anymore prior to boarding a shuttle (yes, they do have an area you can purchase coffee but for 200+ per night? Jeez....give us a to go cup and coffee in a urn). The room, hmm.....there was a skid mark in our toilet bowl (it wasn't us) . However, we didn't notice since we checked in at like 12:30AM, were exhausted and didn''t even check. There was a brown stain (either poop, chocolate ice cream, or dried blood on the inside of a comforter, again, we didn't notice because we just literally CRASHED when we arrived. Imagine our disgust when we saw in the AM, after having slept on it. The only reason I didn't rate them poor and just "okay" was because the bar area is nice and the shuttle service is highly convenient. Checking in at 12:30, exhausted, we were provided with a room key that didn't work. Had to schlep downstairs, the desk clerk provided us another key for a different room. Not sure what that was about. So, if there is somewhere else, you should probably go there.

It’s nice to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel that serves food late. Too many things to mention and not enough characters allowed. Breakfast experience was poor, room was dirty (mold, bugs, dirty floors), broken shower and no hot water, etc.
-
The room was very good. We were upset about having to pay for breakfast. Other hotels include complimentary breakfast. This breakfast was cold and had few selections.
-
The bathroom stunk like mildew
-
Rooms were so outdated, hallway reeked of weed, bathroom toilet busted, door wouldn't shut, huge gap between room door and floor(that was at an angle even) For almost $200 a night for 3 rooms, PLUS had to pay for parking, I won't stay there again
-
Really liked it here and would have given them 5 stars across the board, but we kept seeing roaches in our tow rooms. I spoke to he front desk and they were no help.
-
First room sink was broken and spraying out hot water My wife and had to change rooms because they didn't have the right parts to fix it
-
Breakfast staff are as helpful and kind. Great fitness center. Rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable. I HAD TO PAY $7.80 FOR A SELF SERVICE COFFEE IN THE MORNING YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.

It was not worth the $. Needs to be updated!

We left out car in the parking lot while on an eighteen day trip out of the country (I had Groupons!). It was very easy and convenient both to drop off and to pick up- a great option for us! The shuttle driver was helpful with the bags and dropped us off right next to our car when we returned. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling too or from Lambert St Louis. Restaurant not quite up to par, I didn’t like the middle of the lobby set up- it WAS convenient tho, since we arrived late. I ordered my fave crème brûlée and got something really strange instead- the waitress was good and did not charge us but insisted it really was their version of the classic- it was some sort of vanilla pudding over a too hard to eat chocolate (ganache?) and was not brûléed. (My boyfriend ate it, lol). Very minor complaint in the scheme of things tho, my Caesar salad with chicken was perfectly fine.

We ate at the restaurant inside the lobby. It was good food and (probably) appropriately priced. We had two burgers and three beers for $63. The room we were in was a double queen. The bathroom could use some updating, but everything worked. The climate control was less than desirable and very difficult to figure out - not setting the temps, but getting the fan to run at the correct speed and interval. Press once and it takes 30 seconds to register. Then, the thermostat is mounted on front of the unit, causing short run times because the thermostat got too cold and shut it down. 30 seconds later, it would kick back on. After it finally cooled down, we were able to sleep fairly well.
