Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark

One of the worst hotel experiences we've had, from the room to the staff.

Staff was most friendly. Stadium view from the room is simply stunning.

The view was great and that is the extent of that. The air in the entire building was terrible, the room super worn outdated in a sense but gross gross GROSS. The parking was alot didnt mention that it would cost 50+ when i booked the room, then when i parked i checked in and confirmed with the front desk lady and she confirmed it was the right parking place. I brought the parking ticket the next morning to get it switched out for 45.00 instead of hundreds of dollars in the parking space. the guy said nothing he can do it is the wrong parking space. paid for breakfast but the line was so long to get in my family had to skip it after waiting in line for 45 min to get seated. 0/10 would recommend.

Good location

The building and room were clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the downtown location was excellent with many food and shopping options within easy walking distance. Parking was a block from the hotel, but valet options were available.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you're going to a Cardinals game. We checked out the rooftop bar, where the food was good and the views were amazing. The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating. We took advantage of the Starbucks on-site and enjoyed our coffee while relaxing in the lobby. We like staying here!

This is an old run down hotel. The only thing that is nice is the location. Too big, with not enough staff. Sheets were stained, rusting hardware in the bathrooms.

Got the place because they had room service every time I try to room service. It was either late in the morning and in the afternoon or night I could not even order it. They wasn’t serving room service very dissatisfied.

Mildew in bathroom, dirty comforter

We called the desk, nobody showed. Called again, still nobody came. We had tickets to ball game so we had to leave. Went downstairs and talked to two people. When we returned from game, water was fixed but we only had hot water. Not fun trying to brush teeth with hot water only.

We were in the west tower. It seemed rundown and our room had a weird smell.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. Valet was a little inconvenient for the east towers guests.

Our first room smelled strange, it didn’t feel clean, it had a hole in the wall in the bathroom, visible mold, and the bottom of the tub looked dirty. Upon closing the bathroom door, the door knob fell off. We called and the front desk attendant promptly gave us another comparable room (great view of stadium) but this room smelled clean upon entering, better condition overall but the shower wall had hair stuck to several tiles which was pretty gross. The valet attendant was very rude and unhelpful upon arrival but the valet crew the next day was very polite and friendly. Overall, glad we were there for only one night. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The location was AMAZING! The room was smaller than expected, but very clean!

It was very close to Busch Stadium, which is what my intention was. The employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were actually nice! There was an exhaust fan missing from the bathroom in room 508.

Very outdated! Our room was filthy. You could tell the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and it was just a yucky feeling!

Excellent location to stay for a baseball game. The hotel was very nice and clean. Self parking was easy across the street in the parking garage. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location! Windows were peeling. Old. Outdated. Need upgrades
