We arrived with our booking confirmed only to find out that the hotel had permanently closed. Tried to contact the property via Booking with no response.Calling the property didn't help either, always redirected to the customer help centre until they hung up on us. Very disappointed as we needed to find alternative hotel for our stay that was obviously very expensive as it was last minute We arrived with our booking confirmed only to find out that the hotel had permanently closed. The convenience down town The fact they tell you it has parking , but fails to mention it’s 20 dollars extra per day!!!!

The location was great as it is right in the middle of Downtown St. Louis. Gateway arch is at a walkable distance. Parking garage is a plus as you can safely park your car. Very close to restaurants. Nothing

Breakfast was pretty good; happy hour was decent; I like inner atriums; front & back doors; fridge & microwave Rooms & furniture were a bit outdated; long walk to get to room;

Not much We called ahead to make sure the pool and hot tub where in working condition we where assured they worked then the next day when we got there checked in we asked what floor the pool and spa where on they replied with we had volley ball players mess it up they would let us use the neighbor hotel pool. We went to our rooms got changed and came back Down to get the information about the other pool we spoke to another lady that informed us they are closing we are the last guests and that’s why nothing works!!!

Attended volleyball tourney. Excellent location to America Center. Very clean. Historical building. Full breakfast, happy hour, soda and coffee available all day free. Onsight covered parking. Really enjoyed staying at Pear Tree. Nothing. Everything was top notch

I liked the location, the employees were so nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, the room and bed were clean and comfortable

The entire hotel was very clean and inviting plus the layout was different that most hotels. Ex: our room had 2 doors for entry and/or exit! On the other side of one door was lounge like area leading to breakfast nook, etc No place to park while checking in

When I approached Mrs. Gail at the front desk about this she was very apologetic and understanding for my frustration. She did an amazing job keeping her composure and smiled throughout. Very Pleasant and wish she worked at every hotel I visit.

Great central location within a short walk of the Arch abd river. Lots of Great restaurants within walking distance too!
