Best Western Salinas Monterey Hotel

Was as I expected.

I liked the exterior of the building , the pool and the breakfast . Compared to other properties we had stayed in , in California it was a bit more expensive

Salinas is not the safest town any more. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The only negative thing I could say about the hotel was that the location was a little difficult to get to referring to street configuration. McDonalds next door and shares parking lot with hotel. Not an issue and somewhat of an advantage because the parking lot is well lit. Would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean well maintained property. Convenient well stocked continental breakfast.

Exceptional

The shower head holder was loose and could not be held at one position level. The water came out from shower head was stinging strong. I turned it to the shower flow position but it was still kind of unbearably strong!

Property was clean. Bed and couch a little hard.

Good location a lot of action very busy All the action the in n out burger makes it very busy

Larry, the desk clerk was amazing; friendly and helpful.

The home of contractor out of office

I don’t like the room because it was for a handicapp people

I found the hotel clean, but dated in need of some room repair. Staff was very nice and explained all very well at check in. Bed and pillows too firm for my liking. Overall ok for the area

The room was nice and clean, fully stocked, the staff was nice and helpful, and breakfast was great!

Everything is very good should 100% come back plus lots of food
