Quality Inn Salinas City Center Area

For the for the price, the room is terrible. The towels is not clean. The wall is very dirty that the TV is broken.

The room desperately needs some upgrades. Carpet in room was worn, looked dirty with markers stains (from a Magic Marker or a Sharpie?). Armchair in shabby condition; didn't look very clean to sit in. TV/entertainment unit looked worn, the doors were not closing all the way where the refrigerator was housed. Bathroom had dark, moldy patches in the upper corners. The fan / ventilating unit didn't appear to be doing a good job of removing condensation from shower area, attibuting to mold growth.

Ice machine only on 2nd floor and did not work. Breakfast very limited options and open until 10AM, but out of options at 9:30. Sitting area with wicker furniture in photos is old and not enjoyable. Right off freeway entrance and very noisy. No water for guests. Room not fully upgraded. Bed is comfortable. Basic TV. Fairly clean, could have higher standards. Light in bathroom did not work, poor vanity lighting. Overall, it served its purpose but would not stay again. For price, along with comparable other nearby options, other hotels in area are better value.

Nothing Smell bad, hard to shower no cold water, old furniture

The bathroom had a lot of moldy spots and the room had paint pealing off. We had bed bug issues on both rooms

This place needs a remodel, it old, cheap, dirty. Upgrade!

This hotel was horrible! Every towel, face cloth, hand towel and bed sheet was stained. Black mold in the bathroom. The room smelled like it was recently smoked in with burn marks on all the tables. The carpets, all stained. The smoke alarm was wrapped in plastic. We had to ask for extra sheets to change the bed before we even slept in it. Front desk was no help. Do not stay here. By far, the worse hotel we have ever stayed at. Not to mention the illegal “activities” going on in the other rooms. Stay clear!

Booked two hotel rooms, both were in terrible condition with one of them smelling like smoke. The bedding had stains on it, the walls were filthy could use a wipe down. The bathroom walls were dirty alongside the bath tub was in horrible condition with just nasty build up. This place could definitely use a deep cleaning of its rooms!! The price was not cheap either for the “product” we recieved. Will not be returning here, save your money and go elsewhere.

The room was okay it was clean . The staff was not very helpful . There was no control for the tv and we asked at the office for help and the person said they would go look for the control. After an hour we went to ask again and he said he was programming . He never showed up with the the control . Other than that it was ok

Limited parking, and the bathroom has mold.

Good place quiet - nobody bothered me

2. The clerk never told us there is elevator …I carried my very heavy luggage to second floor . 3. The baseboard of the bed is way bigger than the bed , I bumped into it 2 times … 4. The breakfast room is very small ….. Could use some help…..

Front desk attendant was very helpfull , i ask him about parking and he step out and assign me the parking spot.

I would like to say that the free breakfast was another huge disappointment. The coffee machine was broken, no coffee. The waffle machine was so messy we didn't even use it. There was no attendant to restock items or clean up. The name Quality Inn should be removed from this hotel. I really regret staying there.

It feels like home. It's the only place I go Nothing everything was good
