Best Western Salinas Valley Inn & Suites

Superb

Un hotel un peu défraîchi quoique bien entretenu (les chambres sont très propres). Le personnel est professionnel mais le sens de l’accueil n’est pas très développé (difficile d’obtenir une réponse à un bonjour). L’hotel mériterait une rénovation. Il est situé au bord de l’autoroute et la zone n’est pas très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt basique mais l’essentiel y est. Mais le point le plus agaçant est le fait que la salle de peut déjeuner soit toute petite par rapport à la capacité de l’hôtel. Les clients doivent faire la queue pour déjeuner dans les sofa de l’accueil avec les enfants… ce n’est pas acceptable.

It was a very nice stay. Quiet, clean & great rate.

Was fine. Had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. That was the only proteins. Rest was bread. They did have a waffle maker though. Couldn't use some of the outlets. They were either super loose or couldn't plug in. TV wasn't working at first. Realized it wasn't plugged in. Bathroom was ok. Didn't feel like a nice bathroom. Everything was just.... ok...

Nice place clean and new friendly staff

The receptionist was super nice! Breakfast was basic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The one thing I didn’t like but couldn’t be helped was that my room was next to the elevator and it was quiet compared to the kids running in their rooms upstairs.

Breakfast not many choices Not enough Protin choices like eggs( scrambled eggs,hard boiled etc.) No oatmeal Rooms should have a MICROWAVE.
