I had a very bad experience with the girls at the counter. I arrived around 11 pm. The area doesn't look safe. They even take care of guests through a widow. They don't open the door. There were two girls talking to each other when we arrived. I was told to give them 5 minutes. I waited in the car for about 10 minutes. When I went to talk to the girls at the counter I told them that I we were staying only one night and that it was not right for them to let me wait. One of them told me that they were changing turns. She told me that if I didn't stay the four nights, I will loose all my money. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable staying there the 4 nights. She told me that they will not let me stay there even one night. I went to the car and was looking for a place to stay when the security guard came and told me, "Please go away, they don't want you here." So I will not recommend the place at all.

I made a reservation and my reservation was canceled in the system and when i arrived at the facility i was let know my reservation cancelled they never let me know.

price You guys had construction that started up at 7am mind you check out is at 11. how we supposed to sleep till checkout if you guys got power tools and hammering going on under ass at 7am

Mattress is horrible. No microwave no fridge only 2 little soaps no shampoo no body wash and only 1 body tower

Clean room and walkable to market place

We loved our stay! Very clean and zero issues at all! Parking was accessible that’s important to me. My family was comfortable and the staff was really nice! We will be back!

The staff was very friendly but the hotel needs an upgrade. For the price I understand but just a little goes a long way.. For one night emergency it was fine.

Friendly staff. Dirty bathtub. Black ring around tub. Dead bugs all over. Stained bed sheets

Good location. Friendly staff. Room wasn’t cleaned properly but the beds and bathroom were clean. Free morning coffee. Easy parking. Good places to eat nearby, notably Los Altos has good Mexican food right across the street. Easy freeway access.

Parking was easy the room was pretty clean staff was helpful and the air conditioning was COLD it was really nice

Property is off highway which is nice and next to in n out The rooms are outdated . The beds are squeaky and not comfortable the room is just bland the blankets aren’t heavy . The rooms are dirty we found two HUGE cockroaches one in bathroom and one in room under the ac vent I killed it left it next morning it was gone so apparently I didn’t squish it enough . The bathroom toilet clogged easily

Convenient

Front desk woman was very kind and price is good. Room is not bad but having a microwave OR a fridge would be really nice and no WiFi comes up and when it does pop up it does not let me connect and error message comes up. they state they can’t do anything about it due to WiFi box is not in building.

First we had a lot of problems with the key cards, second the A/C-Heating unit had the controls all torn out I had to google the unit to turn it on, third the lab sink was broken and the drain clogged fortunately I’m a plumber I unclogged the drain so we can use it, forth the tub drain had thrash inside so once again had to removed it to be able to shower, I asked for cleaning and the crew showed up at 5 pm not acceptable, fifth we found trash under the beds which it was disgusting I can’t believed this place is such a mess I understand they’re in the process of renovating but they need to pay more attention to the rooms not the outside we will definitely never staying here and it was not cheap I feel we got ripped off by this property

Under construction, no amenities provided just a bar of soap Wi-Fi connectivity was poor could not watch tv for more than 15 minutes at a time staff turned in my husband’s charger we accidentally left behind and we were able to recover later nice friendly staff.

Parking was safe and easy.
