TV did not work. Refrigerator did not work. No wash cloths. Room 2: Shampoo in shower was empty. Only 1 bath towel for 2 adults. Faucet at sink kept falling off. My husband and I stayed there often. I never plan to stay there again! So disappointed!!

In short… overall cleanliness is terrible, foul odor, poor customer service, terrible staff, odd looking bugs on beds. Don’t allow your family or children to stay here. Would give 0-stars if I could.

I booked 2 consecutive 1-night reservations through Expedia after arriving a day early for a family event. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was terrible. The front desk was rude and dismissive, when I reported finding dead bugs under the pillows in our 1st room, I asked the condition of the 2nd & was told, "I don’t know what that means, the system clearly says it's clean!” We were moved to a 2nd room, which had the same overwhelming odor, forcing us to sleep with the window/door open while listening to noise from the bar next door all night. The following day, we checked into our 2nd reservation and the 3rd room was just as bad—stained carpets and bedding, mold, gnats, and even a live bug crawling on the bed. When I calmly expressed my concerns at checkout, the manager didn't apologize. Instead, she became defensive, yelled at me, telling me to contact the general manager if I had any complaints. The most disappointing part wasn't just the filthy rooms, it was the complete lack of accountability. T staff acted as these conditions were acceptable & showed no concern for the cleanliness of the property or the experience of paying guests. So much more 2 say due to Expedia's character limit, I'll allow photos 2speak for themselves. They accurately reflect the poor conditions. Never again! Worst customer service I've ever experienced, unsanitary rooms, bugs, terrible management

The breakfast was good and service excellent for the price. We were given a room near the stairs. What needs improvement is even if I got a good price using a 3 party booking company like Expedia, we should still get a good room, it was me and my wife’s anniversary and chose Laurel In to stay. We got a Room where there was a baseball sized hole on the rug near my side of the Room by the cabinet and ac. The stairs were shaking as we were going up to our room. Also, we were not given a paper receipt of our stay, while other hotels do provide this at guest request. I do hope they can do the improvement I have mentioned. Will see if there will be another chance or two for us to try again Laurel In.

They don’t clean the room or provide extra towels after one day or even stock the toilet paper you have to go out of your way to go to the office

The room smelt like mold. Blankets didnt smell clean. Shower had lower pressure.
-
Towels on the back of the toilet alway weirds me out. I had to unplug the fridge. It was noisy. Otherwise the room serviced its purpose.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast was a nice perk and everything else about the stay was great. Would stay here again!

Property was really runned down. Very sketchy and did not feel safe. People lived there and were hanging out outside and stairs. Staff lady was nice . But we just couldn’t stay there. Had to get refunded . As for the room we just peaked in and looked very dark and outdated .

The staff was wonderful the check in was a breeze but the property is a lil run down the pool was out of service and we had hot water issues in our room.. we will be returning as I like a full breakfast and it's literally right off the highway makes travel easy..
-
AC kept going out and would blow hot air as well as no shampoo or conditioner and ballsack hair all over the shower floor

The pool was not operational. It wasn't mentioned on their site. That's the reason we booked this hotel. Plus there were stains on the bed sheets.
