FRONT DESK RUDE, IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY, THE LADY WAS RUDE NO SPANISH SPEAKING PERSONNEL ALSO. SCREAMING AT THE GUESS FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING. I SPOKE WITH THEM BY PHONE TO SETTLE THE PAY ANSWER SWEET BY IN PERSON SHE IS SOMETHING ELSE. THE STAFF

We did not include breakfast in our reservation and the location has a comfy and positive vibe.

Nothing The way you get treated and how the lady there throws your stuff when you already have a reservation

ALSO, the woman at the front desk tried charging me $20 for (a 2nd vehicle) when I clearly told her only 1 car was staying. The other car was just waiting for us to go to our event. She did not understand English well. I finally just told her to charge my card for it, and she says CASH ONLY!! Because the register was not working. She then starts talking about how all the motels are expensive and they are charging cheap prices. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY! ID RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR!!

Never staying here again! The owners were rude and racist twords me

Nothing. Our room was dirty. Covered in hair in the bathroom. It was clear it hadn’t been wiped even the toilet covered in pee. Asked the front desk agent about it and instead of offering a discount or room switch she yelled and said no refunds and that she wouldn’t even bother to come see the room. Keep in mind I had my 3 year old and it was not even sanitary enough for him to take a bath. Disappointing. Especially for $300 for one night.

Unfortunately, I never even made it past the lobby. Upon arrival, I was treated with extreme hostility and judgment by the staff. They refused to check me in or honor my prepaid reservation based on a subjective smell. I was polite, cooperative, and explicitly stated I would follow all property rules, but they were hateful and dismissive. They refused to provide the room but still kept my money. It is incredibly disappointing to see a local business treat someone this way—especially someone trying to be responsible by booking a room instead of driving. If you’re looking for basic professional courtesy or "hospitality," look elsewhere.

The room was clean and it didn't smell

Nothing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the ground. The bedding was of cheap quality and I hardly got any rest. The staff was rude and when we checked out we received a very nasty phone call from the owner and she was very rude and disrespectful. Accusing us of stealing a top sheet. We turned around and went back and welcomed her to check our vehicle in our bags because we did not take a top sheet and she continued to raise her voice and be very disrespectful and inappropriate. It wasn’t until we threaten to file a complaint with OSHA is when she finally backed off and he husband just stood there and was of no support. By the way, she was treating us. You would’ve thought that we caught the room on fire.

The indian lady at the counter front desk was not nice at all.No greeting ,no respect, no manners..I changed my mind after she was so mean and stayed else where..The worst motel experience I ever had ..I won't recommend..

The room was much cleaner than expected It looked run down & shady

Location is close to major hwy and fwys, easy to access during road trips. Parking lot is spacious.

It was available! It was ridiculously overpriced for this location and condition. It went from $--- last year to $---- this year!

The property management is rude and knocks on peoples door and yells at them a complete waste of my money
