The first room we were put in the tv wouldn't work. The phone wouldn't work to call the desk. So my husband had to walk down there twice after the clerk tried to fix it once. She then put us in another room. It didn't have a clock like the other one, the beds were so uncomfortable my husband didn't sleep at all. The door frame in the bathroom (by the tub) was rotted away 2- inches from the floor which left a cavity in which it looked like it might be black mold. This is one hotel we will never return to.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good however there was a soccer tournament that week and there were so many kids running around the place. Not my cup of tea if they’re not being supervised.

The room was clean the staff was excellent. However the pool was not properly maintained there was concrete missing from the edges. There was a broken window in the pool area. Most of the light were also not working in the pool room. Some of the tile in my room was cracked and missing. The floor in the pool room was also kind of gross in places. Breakfast was great though.

Best service from staff. Thank you!

I enjoyed the service, front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and comfy! Hotel just needs some touch ups.

The beds were uncomfortable, with a significant hole on one side. We had been traveling for over 12-hours that day, very tired and in need of sleep. Disappointed in the quality of the bed.

Our room was big and clean but the tub had some sort of glue or duct tape to fill a crack and it squeaked when you showered. The toilet did not flush all the time. The water was very low. We asked for maintenance and no one told us they didn’t work on weekends. We ended up having to plunge it ourselves. The towels were nice and soft. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast by far.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

It's a cozy place with good parking. I wasn't told there was a $100 refundable deposit, so I briefly freaked out. It would be nice if they mentioned that during the check in process. The other issue was the shower wasn't cleaned in my room, there was a bunch of hair in it. That turned me off from having a shower the first night. The next day I called while I was out and asked if someone could clean the shower. The answer i got was "I'll see what I can do. When I got back it still wasn't clean so I rinsed it myself and stood on a towel because I was still grossed out. All I'm saying is if I'm doing their job for them I better get my deposit back!
