Nothing. It was filthy and the were strange people doing strange activities all nights around the property We almost didn’t stay because it was that scary. The room was filthy. The knob on the hot water was broken. There was no hot water. The sink was clogged up and they didn’t care. They asked for $100 cash deposit.

Location. Very disappointed as we have stayed the on two previous occasions and it was fine. One of the beds had a broken frame. And it was filthy under the beds and cobwebs on the ceiling. It was a worry pulling out the tap for the shower as we thought it would come away.
-
Shower had holes in it Mattresses uncomfortable Not secure enough door. A few sketchy people around the hotel that threw rocks at us. Poor breaking - horrible choices Phone not plugged into the wall The bathroom door would not close Drawers were broken The fridge had no door on the freezer so some stuff in the fridge froze Not table & chair for eating Sink tap to close to sink & made a mess every time we used it

The staff was friendly Our shower didn't work. Our TV didn't work.

I didn’t even stay I didn’t like anything. They gave me a corona outbreak warning along with the repeated events of bed bugs. Being extremely high risk I chose another hotel, I was supposed to get half my payment back they took ALLL of my money and lied to booking saying I was staying there

Location seem getto
-
Surprise requirement for a cash deposit. Beds were filthy with trash and hair in the sheets.
-
They didn't even answer the door They never even checked me in
-
Location only Needs maintenance.
-
That location was good. The room smelled bad and there were cigarette burns on the bed sheets. AC wasn’t working properly. Also, a lot of strange people were there. Didn’t feel safe.
-
It was far from where I was going It needed a makeover, not the worst place I've stayed but real close. I think my tent in the Army was better
-
No light or water in shower Mold on ceiling in bathroom Unfriendly staff

Nothing. We were scared to be there. Pulled back the blankets and the beds hadn’t been changed. There was hair and dirt in the bedding. There were drug deals and prostitution going on. My family and I were scared. I would not recommend any families to stay here! We ended up leaving 30 minutes after checking in.
-
I can't believe there're croaches climbing everyone in the room. No room service until the last day since we'd called the room service from the first day.
-
The rooms were super clean. The idea that I had to pay $100 cash as deposit. I didn't know about this requirement.
-
Nothing It was dirty. They couldn't get our things right. The electricity outlets didn't work. There was dirty clothes from previous guests under the beds. There was dust everywhere. The door didn't close properly. The walls were stained with dirt. The bathroom smelled awful.
-
Just the location because it was close for us to jump on the highway the next day. The request for cash deposit. That it wasn’t clean, it way actually very dirty, filthy! The rug had many stains and was ripped all over the place. There was trash on the floor. And very poor maintenance (repairs poorly made).
-
price and close to Downtown they ask for cash deposit instead of credit card I have to withdrew from ATM plus fee not comfortable and feel angry
-
Nothing at all. Location was great for delta center but under the overpass not so much. Traffic sound all night. Everything. Two towels and a hand rag, the sink was broken, filled up with water and leaked all over the floor, bath tub was disgusting, room smelled like cigarettes.
-
The microwave wasn’t working and some wall sockets didn’t work neither
