Very nice hotel! Staff was nice. We enjoyed breakfast. It seemed like the good breakfast was on the weekend as we checked in on Thursday evening and ate breakfast Friday and Saturday and each day had a different breakfast with Saturday including waffles!

Water from shower and sink was greasy and could not be washed off. Everything else was good.

Room location Too soft bed to much street traffic noise. Hard to sleep.

My stay was good overall, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that complimentary coffee was not available in the lobby throughout the day. Additionally, the dryer in the guest laundry area did not fully dry my clothes, even after a complete cycle, and some items were still wet. Addressing these issues would improve the overall guest experience.

Since day 1 the front desk was always empty we always have to wait to ask for anything for breakfast they were always rude or nobody answer at all. For cleaning people were knocking the door at 7 am to clean already and get mad if we didn’t leave the room right away. We have the worst experience regarding customer service and management we have been calling daily to get some items that were left at the room and every time e we call the manager is out or the manger is done for the day or on his day off but nobody can do nothing and for being such a big company I can’t believe there is no manager on a daily basis it is frustrating how can nobody seem to help at all. Not going back to any of there hotels.
