Everything was great and would stay here again
-
The parking lot fills up quickly, but other than that, the staff and breakfast were great.
-
Really can’t go wrong at a Hyatt. Easy access, complimentary breakfast, nice larger rooms and amenities work. Book it up.

with lime scooters. If you’re parking at the hotel it’s a fee but it’s included in the down payment for the room!
-
$15 for parking when the hotel costs $300- unnecessary

The concierge assured us that the General Manager would be there first thing in the morning to speak with us before we checked out. However, when we went to the front desk at departure, there was no General Manager available. We were not given the opportunity to speak with anyone in management, show the photos we had taken, or express our concerns. Instead, we were simply asked to leave our email address and told someone would get back to us. The room itself had several maintenance issues as well. The air conditioner was so loud that every time it turned on, it sounded like an airplane taking off, making it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom sink drained so slowly that it took nearly an hour to empty after each use every morning. Between the cockroaches in both the lobby and our room, the lack of overnight assistance, the broken promises regarding management follow-up, the excessive noise from the air conditioner, and the poor maintenance, this was an unacceptable experience. We left feeling unheard and disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed

Best hotel I think I've ever stayed at. I don't sleep well in hotels usually- I slept great two nights in a row. Everything is new- recent renovations are fantastic. Great breakfast bar. They offered three different types of dairy-free milk for oatmeal, cereal, and coffee and I was ecstatic. Pool was perfect. Didn't use the gym, but looked great. Laundry facility was very useful during our road trip. Hotel is steps away from Delta Center, a 15 minute walk from Temple Square and shopping, and a 15 minute drive to Lagoon Park. Staff were very helpful, and always made sure to keep a large pitcher of ice water out during the heat wave. If I ever come back to visit Salt Lake City again, I'm staying here, no question!

Hotel was amazing but was astonished at how many homeless are nearby in Salt lake city. Hotel was safe and wonderfuk, but SLC needs to get their SLC together

Good location close to shopping restaurants, shopping, parks and transportation. Staff were all very sweet. They didn’t have any ADA rooms available which was unfortunate as we were traveling with a low mobility 85 year old woman who really needed those features. It was very inconvenient. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Eggs tasted fake. We ate at Little America instead. Bathroom and tub were too small.

The property was well maintained and in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the variety of food they had for breakfast.
