Very clean. Staff is friendly Adjoining room door is terrible. Neighboring room had people talking all night and it was almost like they were in the same room as me.

The breakfast is good, it has many choices. The facility in the room is a bit old. The sink pipes were slightly clogged and the water doesn't go down as fast as it should. The safe was locked upon entering the room.

Clean and comfortable The breakfast buffet could be better.

We had to turn the handle in the shower ALL THE WAY hot to get any kind of warm water for a shower. Elevators were frequently glitchy.

The room and how it has a whole upstairs Cleaning came in the morning I was supposed to be out and I woke up to them cleaning.. not sure if I had the sign on the door or not I thought I did but maybe I didn't. I was just more so kinda freaking out because I happened I slept naked so glad they didn't come upstairs. But other than being kind of annoyed they came in it was awesome

I ordered room service. The food charge plus delivery charge plus tax totaled $42.68. But the total on the bill and the amount i was charged was $49.88. This did not include tip. Not sure why the discrepancy.

The staff is kind, and the restaurant and lounge are large and comfortable. The property is very understaffed and needs cleaning. They are a no-frills establishment (no bellhops or valet parking), which is fine, but would help the overall guest experience. The front desk lines were quite long due to limited staff. Most importantly, the cleanliness of the hotel was severely lacking. I noticed many spills and stains that weren't cleaned from previous guests.

Cleanless, breakfast, close to downtown
-
TV had good choice of channel We booked room with private lounge access which supposedly had a lot of benefits. Turned out it had none. We were not the only guests that were disappointed.

The beds were super comfortable. Very well presented spacious clean rooms. Hotel lobby was very welcoming. Great walking location to downtown. The meals were very average.

Bathroom fixtures were worn. Shower head was so calcified that there was barely any water pressure. TV was off center from the bed. you had to turn your head waaaaay to the left to look at the very minimal channels $12/day parking fee! Ample parking. Mostly empty. What do you get for your fee? Long walk to the lobby, no security, no shade. A/C was undersized to the room. Temperature was 74 when we checked in, and barely got to 63 when we checked out, three days later. Lots of deferred maintenance throughout property, worn lobby carpet, loose planter bricks, dangerous walkway cobblestones, etc.
