Good rooms. Clean, everything works properly.

The room we stayed in was pretty cleaned.

Room was dirty… bedding bathroom, chair. TV would not work without a WiFi passcode that you could not enter. Property had cigarette butts all over on the ground. Poorly managed / kept property.

No elevator on property. Ice machine on 2nd floor not in operation. Room was ok.

None of the ice machines were working. Reported it to the office. Other than that, the bed was freaking awesome! Hadn't slept that good in months! Breakfast, you got to make your own waffles! Big, fat, Belgian waffles! Just need to have butter available.

My first room reeked of cat piss or cat gland spray. One ice machine on property did not work. I had itinerary confirmed from Expedia and lady at front desk said it did not go through. I said ok I will figure it out when I get home and gave her my credit card. Then she said it went through and canceled the charge on my card. When I was loading up my vehicle from 2nd floor my room key/card quit working and I did not want to go to front desk and leave my valuables unattended. I will not be going back to this establishment.

This hotel was absolutely awful. Mosquitoes, cockroaches, other bugs were all over the room. It smelt awful carpet was sticky. The beds weren’t even made when walked in. There was food still left in the refrigerator. Overall zero out of 10. Would never recommend this hotel.

Booked this for 2 of my daughters for College orientation. It was a rainy mess and they had to stay another night. The staff was very accommodating and the girls had a great experience there. It was a relief knowing they were safe for 2 nights away and had everything they needed, even an awesome breakfast.

The staff were all nice.

Ice machines are broken. No ice for the 4 weeks that I stayed there.

The staff was rude, the pool wasn’t able to be utilized and that’s one of the main reasons I booked here. The manager was accusatory of an iron burn mark on a desk, after just walking in my room while I was alone. He made me super uncomfortable. I expressed my frustration and he was super disrespectful and then they locked me out of my room, when I did a late check out. The front desk agent then told me that isn’t possible, so I showed him the email and he was super rude about allowing me back in to get my things for my flight.

Property is older and not well maintained. Had to have a room and this was all that was available. Stayed for a procedure at the hospital the next morning. Sheets were dirty and the room smelt bad. Strong odor from the rain they had. Place was busy with foot traffick. People all over the place. Crazy for middle of the week. Would not stay here again.

Don't count on the breakfast.

I booked last minute for my daughter's freshmen orientation. For the price. It was great.

Bathroom door was broken, safety latch was broken. Carpet looked clean, bed was ok.

Got to hotel only to be told it didn’t showed paid. Front desk lady had to call and took her a while to get it figured out. She was not the easiest person to work with. When we finally got to the room it had a smell to it. There was also stains on the sheets and towels.

Room ok but everything is old , pool was unusable , was green , beer cans floating in it , continental breakfast terrible , only waffles(stale) syrup so old , no mil for cereal , Woulnt call it a continental breakfast , management not helpful

There was people fighting outside a room the day I checked in. I never got any maid service. There were people outside at 3 and 4 in the morning being very loud and I could never park in front of my room because of other vehicle there. My car also was hit in the parking lot.
