The whole hotel is out dated. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. We asked for towels and they said they were in the laundry. I ended up buying some from Walmart because towels never came. The beds looked so dirty. The only staff that was nice is when we checked out on Sunday it was an African American gentleman and woman. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. I would never stay the night in this hotel we just got it to be able to shower during our family reunion while we were camping.

Clean sheets and a cold cold ac slept like a baby it’s an old property that prolly doesn’t get the attention it needs but for the price it’s a perfect road crew camp

This place is complete garbage. The service is terrible. The rooms are filthy and trashed. This place is rundown. I don’t think anyone should ever stay in this hotel. It should be condemned the pictures you see on this hotel are a complete lie.

Great staff and very caring made the change to drive a long distance amazing!

The room was clean. Made serval announcements to front desk that the toilet would not flush. They never came to fix it even tho they said they would several times. Would not move us to another room. Just made promises to send maintenance.
-
It was trash extra nasty and roaches everywhere it's a dump blood on walls and sheets and mattress will never be back
-
Bugs in the room. I woke up with multiple bites. The room had a bad odor.

Upon going up to the poorly lit second floor I came across multiple pairs of clothing by the doors, hoop earrings, long finger nails, on the ground. The room had the filthiest stains on the shower stalls and ink spots on the beds, ONE working light in the room. This bedroom was purchased for an extended stay for my elderly grandparents who flew across the country to stay for a week to visit. It was such an uncomfortable experience that we lasted less than 10 minutes after receiving the key. I was denied a refund at the desk even though THE PROPERTY , NOT EXPEDIA charged my card. And was argued with upon these details. I HAVE STAYED AT LA QUINTA ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND THIS IS NOT BRAND STANDARD AT ALL. And I am demanding a follow up from the corporation as this forced me to pay MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE LAST MINUTE TO FIND A SAFE HOTEL LAST MINUTE TO LODGE THEM!!

The ac didn’t have a filter it was dirty and the bathroom faucet is missing the aerator and security latch is broken only had 1 towel that is thread bearing
-
This hotel is not what it says. It used to be a LaQuinta, but now it’s some Baytown trashy place. Dirty, unprofessional staff, not as described.
-
Hotel definitely needs a facelift, which it appears to be going through. The room was decent, a few holes in the wall, some stains throughout, but bed was comfortable. For the price you get what you pay for.
-
we checked in July 1, and the room was dirty and covered with some bed bugs, the bathroom was fithy and not cleaned, there were prostitues, the lady up front was very helpful, we decided not to stay there, I have pics to confirm
-
Got what I paid for. But for one night it's not bad.

I wasn't expecting much just a place to sleep close to work for 2 nights unfortunately I could only stand 1 night. When I checked in I was told that there were absolutely no rooms other than the smoking rooms available. It reeked of cigarettes. Even the sheets had burn holes in them. Stains in the shower. The fridge barely worked. I had to pay $25 for a daily pet fee while the property was covered in feces. The door didn't completely close. There was hazard tape and safety cones at the end of the floor. I ended up checking out early and went to another place.
