I just think the carpet could be less sticky

It was clean I did not have power only one light and one plug worked

Right when I walked into my room it’s smelt old and musty. The bathtub had several hairs in it. The toilet didn’t flush. You get what you pay for. I will never stay again.

Honestly, the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they didn’t fight my refund. The room was filthy. Patched dirty and stained carpet. It felt moist on my feet. Mattresses from 1972. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the paint was bubbling and coming off of the ceiling. I spent 3 minutes trying to find a redeeming quality. It just got worse. I had my kids. I could spend 25 minutes in that room even it was free. Then the staff checked the room and asked why we used the bed. We didn’t “use” the bed, we were checking for bed bugs. There’s the redeeming quality. No bed bugs.

NOTHING Towels were stained yellow. Tv remote didnt work. Shower didnt work. It took to filling bath halfway before water got hot. Check out time is 11am, the next day house keeping was knocking on the door at 9am telling us we had to get out soon. Also did not speak English.

The toilet was broken and the sheets looked dirty had to go buy a blanket to put on to sleep. Woke up with a bite and swollen neck. The wall was broken and the sink had rust as well as the showers.

We have stayed here several times.

Close to relatives and cheap

Either the outlets didn't work or the lamps were busted. Room smelled disgusting. Carpet was gross. Sink was had a huge rusted hole in it. Bath tub was stained with black spots. Towels were all stained yellow or gray color. Lots of lingering people outside your room. I don't know how this had a good rating.

We did not stay at this hotel because the room smelled and the carpet and bathroom were so filthy.

We stay here often as the price is good and it’s just an overnight. One issue is the televisions are almost always not working or the WiFi is not working. The last two times the showers have had stained shower curtains and falling apart. This last room the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to collapse, paint was hanging down and Sheetrock all messed up. The room had a strong odor and the AC struggled to get cold.

The staff is wonderful! They promptly met any need and made me feel like an appreciated guest. My room was roomy & quiet, perfect for the trip. San Angelo is a great place to visit!

Room was decent for price however carpet had stains towels had a yellow tint to them as they needed to be replaced. Staff began walking the property at 845 as we walked out he asked if we were checking out already mind you check out isn’t until 11. As we left for a second time he came around again he was going room to room with master key checking if others had already left the property very unprofessional. Front desk staff at check in night before was very nice and welcoming
