Location Swimming pool is getting old needs to be redone

Property was beautiful no complaints there and i enjoyed all the amenities for my birthday trip! The indoor swimming pool is one of my favorites I would like free breakfast as an option for guests that’d be great instead of leaving the hotel

The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. I loved having valet parking and the safety and ease that provided. The property was beautiful and very clean, the food was great, and the pool was fantastic. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The first drawback was that the rooms did not offer streaming services, and we wanted to watch something after a long day of outings. The other negative was that housekeeping never came in to pick up used towels or straighten the beds in the three days we were there, even after I requested the used towels be picked up. I would definitely stay there again and had a great experience.

Room was very nice. Only bad thing there are no plugs by the bed so be able to charge phones or computers.

Location and price

We enjoyed the clean room and having a great pool area to relax after our tour of the great city of San Antonio. It comes down to the smallest detail. Thanks again

Three only complaint about the room is it was small. Compared to the pictures

The stay was Great

Staff was amazing. Room was beautiful. We had view of the pool, Unfortunately we were not able to use the out door pool due to the weather conditions that day. We did take advantage of the indoor pool, and enjoyed it very much.

While our room was clean and the cleaning staff kept up the foyer and swimming area cleanly. The front desk could have been more helpful. I called with a minor issue with our room and the young man that answered the phone was not very helpful. I wasn’t sure if our conversation was over until I realized he hung up. I understand he may have had a long work day, but my family and I also had a long travel day. It would have been nice if he at least pretended to care about my issue.

Everything was spectacular!!! Love the outdoor pool 💕
