Great stay

It was fine. We did have a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night.

Would not stay here again.

Very friendly I recommend this place

the only disappointment was i was told by one of the staff that i would be able to have a night swim, he gave me a business card with his name and wrote my name & room number on it and he told me to show it if someone told me to leave the pool. well the doors are electronic and are timed so the pool was not accessible to me as I had been told. other than that, everything was fine.

The staff was great.

Towels had black spots all over, good thing i take my own towels.

Sorry, but one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel! Water took 15 minutes to get warm enough, to take a shower-yes I know how to work it. What a waste of water, people in Africa walk nearly 4 miles to get clean water! Restaurant for dinner was closed during my entire 5 night stay I guess the one chef that they have could not work the whole week. Yes there are restaurants close by in walking distance and thank God they were open but the food was not what I had in mind nor was the atmosphere inside those restaurants. Jacuzzi was warm water only the bubble jets put out only enough pressure that it was equivalent to wiggling your fingers in the water and lastly the TV guide was non existent, no names in the boxes, no network descriptions and no ESPN-No more Holiday inns for me

The only main issue was that our vehicle was broken into overnight, and the passenger seat was damaged. I wish they had more security in the area. The staff was friendly, but I don’t think we’ll be going back due to safety concerns.

Very nice staff and property

The hotel was awesome! The manager, think her name was Kayla, was awesome. Very professional. The ac in lobby and hallway on 2nd floor must’ve been broke. Very warm there but the room was very cold!! Beds were very comfortable but a little too high to get in! lol I would stay there again!

Clean , comfortable I like everything

The desk manager during the day was training a new person very friendly. But my credit card was charged 5 times for my one stay at the hotel on a Sunday. She said I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to be refunded to my bank. Even if it was there fault i got charged the excessive amount. I have received a partial amount as of Wednesday. Still waiting on the balance. It was an inconvenience because not everyone has money to just wait. It put us in a bind to travel back home with limited amount of money for gas and good.

Good bed

There was no hot water in the shower, no hair dryer in the room. The door to the room wasn't sealed properly and one walking by could see into the room.

Restaurant/bar and pool were closed which weren’t advertised and the pool was one of the main reasons we booked here. One of our party’s car was broken into and property stolen. Management was rude to patrons. Price was good but certainly not worth the hassle.

In general, I would not recommend this property for travelers staying in San Antonio.

When we arrived, we were told the rooms were not ready yet ( 4:30 pm). The older receptionist told us, it wasn’t her fault that she could only do so much and she was at an age where she was not going to stress out. She said the housekeeping dept had failed to do their job and the front seat he not been notified. So, after Luke 1 hour of waiting, we got our keys. By that time there were a group of people waiting in the lobby. There was only 1 elevator, we had to get dressed so we took the stairs to the second floor. We get to our room and the keys don’t work. Had to go back down the stairs again to get them fixed. The room was ok, the lighting in the restroom was not too great. Other than that it was ok
