Joni the manager was helpful every day with a cheerful, can-do attitude, all while managing the construction renovations. Mia at reception was very kind and thoughtful. She was especially helpful with our granddaughter who kept “asking for” Mia.

the convenience of the location. the room was a little dirty. Food left in fridge, dust balls (hair) on floor and counter area and table were not cleaned.

We traveled with our dog; we really like the size of the rooms at these properties. We do wish each property had a small, fenced area for dogs as they are a dog friendly hotel. We stayed at the one in Pecos TX and it had one. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. This is meant to be constructive. Here is one recommendation. Have upper management try everything on the breakfast and see if they are happy with it. The sausage was not of a familiar taste or texture. Travelers appreciate a good breakfast even if it is a buffet style. This will not discourage us from staying at Home 2 Suites at all. Our breakfast in the one in Pecos TX as great.

The pool water was a bit cold and a little dirty. Everything else was good!!!

Microwave didn’t work correctly. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Loved the fresh infused water in the lobby.

Staff was awesome, breakfast was good, clean facilities, but if you are hoping to get your car vandalized or brake in with out any security issues you are in the right place. They broke our window but they didn’t steal anything. When we ask to see the footage of the security cameras we were told that they don’t have cameras on the parking lot !!!

Home2Suites is usually a better experience than this location, but no issues were encountered.

I’ve stayed here plenty of over the years and never had any issues. This past weekend I was very disappointed that housekeeping entered our room without knocking. We had 45 minutes until check out.

Breakfast was good and the room clean and staff were very polite.

I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in was quick, and everything met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Hotel was nice, there were some areas u der construction that made the elevators messy. The pool had an algea outbreak, but we still chose not to swim although they said we could, eww no thanks! The washers and dryer need a good cleaning they were funky smelling and left my close that way too. Had to rehash when I got home.
