Quality Inn Near Medical Center San Antonio

at! This hotel was full of mold on top of the ceiling, on the light fixtures, dirty sheets, full of roaches. The carpet was not properly fitted correctly on the floor edges. It smelled like ass in there. There was a sheet of paper on the toilet when we went inside. The soap was used soap on the sink. There is no reason for this hotel to be open, it needs to be SHUT DOWN. It's an intoxicating environment to be staying

Nothing sorry very dirty bad condition from carpets to bed to pillows everything! the way it was filthy I booked it and my husband got so mad as it was not bareable to stay only one night

Nothing It's not what it says on booking.com, pictures, the rooms smell bad. The breakfast was not what it says, the pictures are deceiving, the plugs on the room didn't work, the lights did not work, and the air conditioner leak a lots of water, it is not worth the price we paid, it really stuff I had to buy 100 dollars of cleaning materials to clean the whole room and bathroom it was natsy

I didn't like that I never received my $60 deposit back I like told I would be in 5-7day.. it's been almost a month and still nothing

We only stayed for one night even though we book two. It was way too dirty in the rooms. The smell was horrible and mold could be seen on the ceiling of the bathroom. We did not even try the breakfast the day after. Just left and never looked back

Breakfast was the only thing that was good about this place. They really need to clean this place up and push the transit people out of it. I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel ever. If th transit people are what makes this hotel, they should just shut it down, or grow some balls and push them out. he location was very sketchy. We pulled up and checked in. They charged a 60 refundable deposit on top of the price for the room. I had booked a smoking ( which i wasnt aware i had done) they switched me to a non smoking and it was disgusting. I would have hated to see the smoking room. My bed sheets had not been changed, and being that it was non smoking there were cigarette burns in the sheets as well. I traveled with my children and husband for this medical stay and will never come back to this hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast. All night my daughter was scared because there was banging on the walls and arguing throughout the rooms that were around us. The floors were wet for some reason. My socks were soaked just from walking from the bed to the bathroom. The bathroom door had a hole in it and it was just covered with puddy. The lounge chair was as if someone had sat there and dug into the arm chairs with their nails and pulled the stuffing out. I have stayed in hotels before and paid less for a better room. I expected a decent room but these people apparently do not understand QUALITY especially when the name of the hotel is THE QUALITY INN. I would suggest Booking.com not affiliate themselves with this hotel. My plugs didnt work by the sink for the coffee maker as well.

The in-room jacuzzi Mold everywhere in the first room and then was moved to another but there was mold in that room as well and I took photos

Location was probably the only good thing.. Roaches, dirty bed linens, lady at the front wasn't very friendly at all or accommodating..let her know about the dirty beds with blood stains and other stains she said all she could do was give me clean sheets....she did and they were A LOT better...just not going to stay here ever again. The price is a bit much for the poor quality of things..

The outside was nice The bed needs to replaced. Also door and shower curtain needed replaced

Typical of a Choice Hotels franchise. The room had a musty odor.

Breakfast was good Cleanliness and smell in the room was very bad

Microwave was very dirty, the sink handle was falling off. And to top it off there was rat droppings in one of the drawers

Staff members were great Need better pillows other than that pretty good place

Leaving Place was disgusting
