The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Also, the hotel was exceptionally clean with a wonderful breakfast buffet. Dog deposit was not refundable. We did not know that until we got home. But still a great hotel to stay in.

Rooms were decent. The staff was a little rude. But the breakfast was on point.
-
Everything was good and location was excellent. The only reason why 4 and not 5 stars is because lack of security in one of their parking lots.
-
Good overall experience. Some parking lot construction and one elevator was not functional. Good breakfast and nice staff.

I have to say, the night shift receptionist was the nicest, kindest person ever. In all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at, she treated us the best. She was very professional and made sure we were attended right away and was so sweet. I would stay here again just because of she treated my family and I. I didn’t get her name but she has short hair.
