Staybridge Suites San Antonio Downtown Conv Ctr by IHG

Nice to have breakfast there.

This has been one of the best visits I’ve had from the hotel to the location!

Overall visit was great. Only issue is that parts of the hotel was under construction.

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast offered many choices for various individual tastes. The only thing that was out of place, was a few dirty cups and utensils were no clean. They were in the cabinet and drawer. Th suite was great with with spacious areas in each room: very comfortable. I love my stay.

Perfect location. Our parking was free. Its 4 min walk to alamodome. We travel to San Antonio at least once a year. This is our favorite hotel for cost and location. Bed was so comfortable.

Great Staff, Hotel, Food and location!

Breakfast is great, staff helpful and nice!

I enjoyed the stay; staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and the place was clean and well kept. The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed.

Super friendly lady checked me in. Bed and sheets and room were clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

The property itself was beautiful. It was a short distance from the Alamodome and felt cozy from the moment we walked in The parking is tricky there but it’s because of where it’s located

.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean, the beds were very comfortable!

Great place to stay in a great location!

Was good Just first night of stay housekeeper did not clean our room my daughter had to be the housekeeper change sheets and towels but next day was excellent

Love the proximity to the Alamodome! That can't be beat. There was practically nothing!

It was very close to the Alamo dome, the breakfast was really good 1-the parking lot did not have a lot of shade, had to walk quite a bit to get there 2- my blanket was torn open from one edge, I don’t think those blankets should be used 3- the sofa bed mattress was really really thin and super uncomfortable

Everything I like everything

Very convenient to downtown.

Clean, excellent location. comfortable, light corner suite, comfortable bed. Nothing comes to mind. There was construction in or near the front lobby, but the front desk provided us a room far from any noise.

Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff who served were very attentive to guests' needs. The beds were comfortable, but cleanliness needs some attention. The front desk staff members were not enthusiastic. Poor room service. Items like toilet paper, towels, tissue paper, and body wash were not replenished after the first day of the stay. We needed to call their attention to it.
