The lady at check in was super helpful and very friendly. I wish I could remember her name to give her recognition here. She made checking in a breeze and very pleasant!

Sux that they charge you $20/day for parking. But other than that, clean room, shower water pressure was great. AC worked good. No complaints. Definitely stay again.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. So many things in walking distance. Will definitely be my choice whenever in San Antonio.

Cleanliness was okay- pool of water on the bathroom floor when we arrived plus trash on the chair and food and dirty dishrag in the kitchen sink. Front desk staff made it easy to change rooms. Second room much cleaner except found a nasty melted candy stick wrapper and goo under the mattress. I told the front desk staff so I wouldn’t get charged. There was an issue with the key cards not letting us in the room and the culprit ended up being a bad battery in the door lock. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were helpful and welcoming. If they could elevate their cleanliness up a notch, they would be a perfect place to stay.

Had a wonderful time here for an anniversary. Staff was helpful and fast. Breakfast was good and they had a lot. And the room was fantastic. Parking is a bit much but the convince of being close to the riverwalk is worth it

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was nice and clean. It was a quick walk to the River Walk and other places. The hotel staff were very friendly, nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us with any issues we may have had. Exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to stay close to all of the attractions.

Easy check in, clean and convenient parking

Out stay was good, okayish complementary breakfast. It’s around 10 mins walk to river walk, if you have elders, plan your stay accordingly

Breakfast was great! Hotel is within walking distance to major attractions…probably 10 minutes. I always felt safe here with my family. Overall a great stay!!
